“If you need MD state inspection on your RV travel trailer or fifth wheel, this is the best place to go ! Super convenient to schedule with a decent waiting area also. They have a big parking lot if you’re a newbie like me driving a fifth wheel. Their mechanic was very helpful in explaining the process and inspection requirements. 5 star service !!”

“Bill and his staff completed excellent body work on our car, after a deer hit it! They completed an estimate, which helped in getting some new genuine parts ordered and then had a minor revision a couple days later, once they started some of the removals, which is typical. Both estimates were fair for the amount of work required to do and were covered by insurance. The genuine replacement parts were repainted and matched exactly. The protective clear coating was also part of the quoted rework and was completed beautifully. Awesome job, highly recommend!”

“Kudos to the AutoZone crew, and a huge shout-out to Owen. My windshield wiper blades decided to fail at the worst possible time, so I stopped into AutoZone for help. There were two employees at the register who quickly helped me get set up with the correct wiper blades, and Owen didn’t hesitate to take it from there.
Despite frigid temperatures, strong winds, and overall miserable weather, Owen installed all three wiper blades on my vehicle before I left. I stood outside with him in solidarity, and even then I was impressed by his professionalism and positive attitude. He made sure everything was secure and that I was in a good spot before driving off, which I really appreciated given the conditions.

“Sent in an online inquiry and immediately received a follow up from JESSE, guys like him make the entire car buying experience easy and fun. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn't matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. “I have a ferrari and two lambos, and I have exceptionally bad judgement, so I constantly ding them, curb them, hit potholes, etc. The only person I trust to work on my cars is JT. He's fixed my cars every single time I've damaged them over the last 5 years and he's done an amazing job. He never overcharges or tries to upsell services, he's always communicative regarding delivery timelines and service completion timelines. I'll just list a few things he's fixed for me over the last few years.1)Fixed my 458 when my dad rammed my car by accident2)Completely fixed and repainted my sideskirts on both the 458 and the huracan every time either I or my girlfriend at the time curbed them3)Fixed my 458 when a deer committed suicide and rammed me4)Fixed the terrible job the dealership did installing the carbon fiber in my huracanThis is the best guy and the best supercar bodyshop in the DMV bar none. “Better service than Auto Zone. Igor was really helpful and ordered my air filter that Auto Zone said wasn't available at any of their locations. Definitely will be using this location for my auto needs. Auto Zone was very hectic. Customer service was alright but not very personable.”
“Ordered a gasket online for store pickup. Within a few minutes, I got a phone call from Joe at the store saying that they needed to get the gasket from their warehouse and it wouldn't be available until the next morning. Got a call from Joe the following morning letting me know that the gasket had arrived and was available for pick up. Two well-known competitors that are local were both out of stock on this gasket, and wouldn't allow me to order online. Apparently their warehouses are several days transit away from their local stores. If you want it fast, always check NAPA first.”

“Ordered 2 tire online. Got to store the older Sales rep does a visual and says wrong tire size. . I told him I could come back next week. He looked up the tire, and sure enough, it was the wrong size in the system. Furthermore, he found the right size tire, and the tech had it done in the time it took to shop. That is service. Something about my generation we do not quit.WHo makes the most on the deal- US GOVT and State- taxes, Excise and fees.”
