“I came in to get my battery and alternator tested. I drive a Mercedes and the battery is under the front passenger seat and a real bear to get to. Sky brought his tester and tested it and sure enough it was so low he couldn’t even eat the alternator. I figured out what battery I needed and I bought it and he brought his tools and came out and was able to get the old battery out which was extremely difficult and put the new one in which was also very difficult. They don’t give you much room under that seat. He was such a pleasure and fun to work with. I highly recommend him and AutoZone.!! He is a great asset to AutoZone, and knew exactly what he was doing! He is the go to man if you ever need any parts and is most pleasant to work with!! Thank you Skye for all of your assistance!!”
“Tow arrived much quicker than initially expected. Very polite and professional employee. In my case, employee was able to determine the issue quickly and resolved it without needing to tow it. (Shifted gear to neutral and back to park - shifter was not fully locked in place preventing engine start?)”
“Bill and his staff completed excellent body work on our car, after a deer hit it! They completed an estimate, which helped in getting some new genuine parts ordered and then had a minor revision a couple days later, once they started some of the removals, which is typical. Both estimates were fair for the amount of work required to do and were covered by insurance. The genuine replacement parts were repainted and matched exactly. The protective clear coating was also part of the quoted rework and was completed beautifully. Awesome job, highly recommend!”

“So, I had a bit of a run-in with GEICO. They wanted me to go with their Body SHOP, but I wasn’t convinced. I decided to give Geoff Barnes a try, and let me tell you, I was blown away! From the friendly receptionist to the skilled appraiser and the talented bodywork crew, everyone was absolutely fantastic. My car is now looking absolutely stunning!
It all started when I was driving on Hood Mill Road when I unfortunately collided with a deer. The damage wasn’t too severe, but the insurance company tried to lowball me. But guess what? Jeff Barbed and their team handled everything in the blink of an eye. They quoted me for the repair on the very first day, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
My car’s paint job is a perfect match, there’s not a single ounce of overspray, my fender meets my door flawlessly, and even though the parts may have come from a donor car, they made it look like it was meant to be on my vehicle. I can’t express how grateful I am for their exceptional work. If I ever find myself in Florida and need collision repair, I’m definitely bringing my car back here.
I just want to personally thank everyone at the shop for their incredible talent and dedication. They truly went above and beyond to make my car look brand new again. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services.”

“A few days after getting my brand new truck, I took it to this location to get the spray-in bedliner. They not only did a FABULOUS job, but they were kind, helpful in answering my question about the product and other products they offer.
Additionally, since it understandably took a couple of hours, they let me use their WiFi so I could work while I waited.
Several month later they helped me pick out a tonneau cover for the bed, ordered it, and installed it for free. They made sure to show me how to operate it and made sure I knew how to best take care it.
These guys are great and I intend to fully go to them for any service they provide that I need!”

“I have a ferrari and two lambos, and I have exceptionally bad judgement, so I constantly ding them, curb them, hit potholes, etc. The only person I trust to work on my cars is JT. He's fixed my cars every single time I've damaged them over the last 5 years and he's done an amazing job. He never overcharges or tries to upsell services, he's always communicative regarding delivery timelines and service completion timelines. I'll just list a few things he's fixed for me over the last few years.1)Fixed my 458 when my dad rammed my car by accident2)Completely fixed and repainted my sideskirts on both the 458 and the huracan every time either I or my girlfriend at the time curbed them3)Fixed my 458 when a deer committed suicide and rammed me4)Fixed the terrible job the dealership did installing the carbon fiber in my huracanThis is the best guy and the best supercar bodyshop in the DMV bar none. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn't matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. “The least tidy of the LKQ pick your part yards in MD, still decently run with the simple, transparent and efficient LKQ system. There's a port-a-john and a so-so working station to wash your hands when done and in a hot day you might get a free water from one of the guys running a bulldozer in the yard.”
