“Amanda was the most amazing person in the world to me! She made the car buying process so smooth and I would recommend her and this specific dealership to just about anyone. It was truly a blessing crossing paths with her for my “push gift” car! 100/100 highly recommended! When you go and you’re looking for a saleswoman, ask for “Amanda”.”
“I must say I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received at Peninsula. I unfortunately have had some bad experiences with other shops which has made me a little distrustful. Kevin was amazing, knowledgeable and fair. The process from drop off, choosing services and pick up was exceptional. I have definitely found a home for my Jeeps repairs. Thank you so much.”

“They have fixed a few cars of ours over the year. They aways get the vehicle back on the day that they said they would. They kept us up to date with the process. Very Friendly.”
“From pulling in front of dealership...
1. Our Sales rep Sherrie Haynes was waiting along with our test drive Nissan KICKS out front as we pulled in. ?
2. Val our finance mngr. was so kind and caring ( genuine not fake)?
3. As was the gentleman who took care of my trade. His name escapes me but he was in his 30's, african american with beard and looked like a football player. ?
4. All worked with me to get the payment i was comfortable with, from trade in value $$$$$, asking price of vehicle and monthy payment.
5. Detailing vehicle before leaving with it was done well.
6. Facilities- Dealership was spotless. Bathrooms were very clean. Waiting area spacious.
They have a vending machine area right close to service area with a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Healthy choices plus sweet tooth choices as well. It is a kiosk. Does not take money or change, only debit/credit cards so beware of this.
7. Service area is immaculate as well.
All in all my experience was pretty wonderful. I would highly recommend Pohanka Nissan, Salisbury MD.
NOTE: I haven't bought a car in 10 years. It was much easier today than back then in 2014. ??⛽️”
“No one enjoys being in an accident, and from the start, it felt like everything that could go wrong did — problems with Progressive, the tow company, and endless back-and-forth. After all the delays and confusion, Progressive ultimately decided to total the vehicle.
The shining light in this whole month-long debacle was the incredible team at John’s Auto Body. They were the only shop willing and able to take on the repairs for my BMW — even Caliber Collision said they couldn’t handle it. While my insurance company tried to cut corners and use parts that would have voided my warranty, John’s stayed firmly on my side. They were 100% transparent throughout the process, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was handled the right way.
In today’s world, it’s hard to find an auto body shop you can truly trust — but John’s has earned that trust completely. I now have two shops on the Shore I rely on, and John’s Auto Body is absolutely one of them!”
“These folks are wonderful. My car looks perfect.
The service is courteous, they were more than accommodating to my needs and schedule, and Brandi was fantastic to work with.”
“I would say this is the best place in Salisbury to fix your vehicle. Once I arrived my car was checked right away and got estimate in minutes. Customer service is great, everyone is polite and friendly. Vehicle was fixed in reasonable time, and perfectly done. Whenever I called phone was picked up right away and they answered all my questions. And pricing of services competes with all other similar local businesses. Overall it was great experience.”
“This has to be one of the cleanest, most organized Harbor Freight I go to.The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I'm a Harbor Freight fan, and it is extremely helpful when you can ask any employee where an item is, and they will walk you to it. It's much better than a big box store. Keep up the good wirk.”
“Hottest day of the year, my husband had stopped in to buy something when he came out our truck wouldn't start. Bob came out and helped us get it running customer service above and beyond, can't tell you how much we appreciated it. Thank you!!”

I had contacted other places and they said no we don't install headlights, because some cars you have to remove the bumper, however, the young man at auto zone said let's have a look!! He was kind and patient with me!! He said yes I'll replace it for you.I am so thankful auto zone look before telling me no!!! I recommend auto zone in Delmar,md!!”

“This location had parts that I've been searching for everywhere in stock. I was extremely impressed by the customer service. Rick helped me find my parts. I was in and out of the store three times asking a million questions, and he answered all of them with kindness and patience. As a woman who knows little about cars, it was extremely comforting having someone who was willing to help to the extent he did.”
“Bought a headlight assembly for my 18 gmc Yukon. They were the only ones that had it, unfortunately there headlight went out a few weeks later, but they refunded my money. Great place to do business”
“I went in to look for a vehicle and Ray Drummond was my sales person. He was great! No nonsense, didn't try to hard sale and was honest and helped me get exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend you ask for him!”

“When my beautiful, brilliant and ever patient wife Rebecca lost her life to brain cancer on November 16, 2021 (miss you baby) we owned four motor vehicles, all in top running condition (she scheduled all maintenance and repair, along with everything else important in our life), I started my first and only business, “Charlie’s Free Cars”.
We were blessed with several young adult nephews, nieces and grandchildren, several of whom had jobs requiring travel. That inventory was, I thought, the only “generational wealth” they could probably ever inherit)
Our motto was “If you’re kin, you’re in!”. It was a terrible idea.
I had no idea at the time how quickly that fleet of pristine motorcars could meet untimely ends, but I soon found out.
Undaunted, I stuck to the notion of that with time, they would understand the idea of tangible generational wealth in the form of reliable automobiles with internal combustion engines but without computer monitors in the dashboard.
I’m still convinced that’s a good idea, and hoping they’ll believe it someday, too. A few do, most would prefer something more modern.
However, I digress. Suffice to say that in four years I spent an astonishing amount of money on auto repairs. It was only when I took the latest acquisition to Gary Pusey’s Quality Cars for inspection that I saw some hope.
Mr. Pusey’s main business, now operated by his sons, other family members and close friends, is a Maryland State Inspection Station. That is a most excellent combination.
If you’re buying a car and get a chance to test drive it before you purchase it, you’d be wise to make an appointment to have it inspected before you sign anything. I
t usually takes about an hour and costs $120. You might get the dealer to make the repairs before you buy, who knows? Some leverage is better than none in the used car business.
But again, I digress. Sorry.
The point is, had I known I could have all those vehicles (up to eight now, I think, in the total fleet, from other inheritances) inspected and repaired prior to delivery to young and inexperienced drivers, I might have had fewer repairs in the long run. You live, you learn.
But now, before any vehicle is delivered to a young member of the tribe, it will be fully Maryland inspected and thus more likely to survive the slings and arrows of the outrageous misfortune of being driven by a novice driver.
(You would think that before being sold from a dealership, all cars would be Maryland inspected, but alas, that is not usually the case).
You can be sure that all future vehicles that come through Charlie’s Free Cars (I shudder every time I say or write those words) will be delivered fully inspected and repaired, something you can attempt to impart to your beloved offspring before they take ownership. (Good luck with that!)
Had I done so from the beginning, my retirement account would, I believe, be much more, shall we say, robust than the pitifully sad balance it is today.
Ah well, generational wealth doesn’t grow on trees, but it can get your children and grandchildren to work, and that’s something they will (hopefully) understand and perhaps appreciate, even without a computer on the dashboard. (Good luck with that part).”
“Brought our 2016 GLE300d in for its 90,000 mile service. Service was completely much faster than I anticipated. This is our second MB that we purchased from Pohanka and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received thus far. Keep up the good work!”
“Fantastic experience through and through. First time car buyer, little to no credit but Eugene did his damnest to make sure I drove away with something perfect, reliable, and the year warranty ain't half bad either.”

“Caliber Collision outranks previous collision dealers that I have used....From start to finish Caliber Collision keeps you update and informed of the progress of the repair. I recommend highly of counting on Calibers Collision.”
“Head salesman was unquestionably someone who knew his parts. For what they stock, this place is a swell alternative to the big box stores, I.e. AutoZone/advance auto. I personally can't stand AutoZone because they hire just about anybody! People who have no experience or parts knowledge whatsoever. So yes, I'd go to them to avoid the zombie type service you get at AutoZone.”
“Had exactly what we needed, had a great price, and gave a good discount. We went in and were happy customers walking out less than 10 minutes later. They were even busy at the time”
“I have owed many different makes of vehicles personally and through my business Inside Out Car Care, both domestic and imports. Whenever I have needed a part, some are hard to find parts, RC Holloway has always had them and they are usually in stock. I quit wasting my time calling around to get prices from others because the only way they beat RC Holloway is by offering an inferior part that will need to be replaced sooner which means more down time and another mechanic bill. So get the best parts at the right price from the most knowledgeable parts people in the area.”

“When I went to Pasco, I had no idea what I was looking for. The sales people are very helpful. They helped me fine just the right battery for my Granddaughter’s little car. Will definitely go there again.”
“I took my car for repair for a dent and scratches on yesterday and got it back the next day. You can’t tell there was ever an issue. Looks perfect! ?? Job well done! ????????Service: Body & Trim”
“I installed a 3.5-inch Clayton lift kit and Rock Jock heavy-duty steering on my Jeep Rubicon. Took it to the Metal Shop today for an alignment and to set pinion angle. They are great people to deal with. When they were done, the mechanic came out to explain everything he did and what he set the castor to and why.The Jeep now rides great! Thank you, Metal Shop!”

“I would never take my car anywhere else. We have used Micro Collision twice and both times the job was done to our satisfaction. The owner made us feel like family. Nobody looks forward to having an accident, but I can truly say that Micro Collision made it a pleasant experience.”
“Chuck was great to work with! He helped my cousin and I replace our windshield wipers and was such a gentleman. They definitely have a good hearted employee with Chuck.”
“Went out of their way to order hunt and find our metric hard to find items. Next day on the counter after overnite delivery. Laurel store now gone. Have to ride to next town but new store is neat and orderly.”
