My last appointment was for a regular sevice/oil/filter change with an appointment at 10A and I didn't leave until after 12P. This sort of delay appears to be typical (experienced it the last time I was there also). Other than that, they are very pleasant, do a good job, have a nice waiting area, and I'll return there the next time.”

“This Dealer/Service area has been great. I moved a little over a year ago and have been here for routine maintenance and oil changes 2 to 3 times. They have always been pleasant and easy to work with. They have a small conference room and wifi access in case you need to work while you wait. They also offer coffee, water, and some light snacks in the waiting room with a TV.Side note - I did go here for a MD state inspection, and they had to shuttle it down to a sister dealership as they don't do inspections at this location. Wasn't an issue, but I did have to get shuttled over to move something around in my car so they could complete the inspection.”
