Mindful eating, accountability, positive energy...core strengthening exercises. Teresa has created the best atmosphere with a great mix of Pilates and yoga to help me lose 37 lbs so far! This program has permanently changed the way I look at food and exercise and I have never felt stronger!

The most personal positive experience!! Learning so much about food, exercise, and encouragement to push me to currently a 38 lb weight loss so far. Great mix, always changing keeps it interesting. Teresa is an inspiration!
