“My car was stranded at Walmart with a bad ignition switch (key would not enter the ignition, and on top of the, the steering wheel was in Lock mode, with the car facing the side of the building - I mention all this for a reason...).
Needing the car towed to a VW dealership, I called around and Knott's was not only the cheapest but the friendliest that I spoke to.
Tow driver John M arrived within a half-hour and set about calmly and carefully getting my car on the truck, which was no easy task, considering those factors I mentioned before - there were cars parked all around my vehicle, the steering wheel was locked, it was parked head-in facing the building, and the car could not be started. He did an excellent job, and the car was delivered safely and promptly.
NOTE - this is unrelated - if you happen to be a VW owner, and need to have your disabled car towed to a nearby VW dealer, I strongly recommend you opt for Pohanka in Salisbury before even thinking about Winner in Dover. Winner quoted me $2330, Pohanka did it for $1360.”

“Mr. Rob has always done a good job for me. I remember when my brake line blew right next to his business at the Queenstown bank. I called him up and let him know what happened and he made sure he fit me in. And One of his mechanics whose name is Buddy fixed me right up. He also worked on my 2019 Ford f150 and service. The transmission which I know would be a pain in the butt but buddy got it done. They stand behind their work which is hard to find anymore these days. Mr. Rob is a pleasant person to talk to. I had a great experience! Very professional and communicative about the ETA. This was the smoothest tow I’ve ever had with my motorcycle — and I’ve had it towed before by other companies from breaking down on side of the road etc where things didn’t go so well due to inexperience. He handled everything with care and made a difficult situation much easier.

My motorcycle was being surrendered, and he still treated me with respect. Tow drivers are just doing their job, and it’s not their fault if a bill wasn’t paid. No need to get mad at the person helping you. Give respect, earn respect. Thank you for making a tough moment go so smoothly.”
