“As a female getting work done on my car, it’s tough. At dealerships they try to upsell me and lie about work getting done but it hasn’t , honestly not a great experience. BUTafter looking at McCurry's reviews I decided to give them a call and Bill the owner answered right away. He was kind and made it an easy call. I dropped my car off with a note for an oil change and that my brake pads needed to be changed. A couple hours later he called having done my oil change and updated me on what was actually necessary for my brake pad replacement. Very kind honest man, no hassle! My car was ready in a couple hours. Definitely recommend to any females out there who stress about getting their car serviced! “I didn't actually use their service (they were too busy to get to me), but Mike called me back after the dispatcher said there was no one available. Mike made a few calls to a few other towing companies after we compared notes. It really says something to me about character when a business takes time to get in touch with their competitors in order to try to help *you*. I don't really understand the criticisms for this company; sounds like a bunch of people complaining because they have no idea how the logistics of this industry work.”
