“Had a great experience at CityCenterDC — this place really stands out as one of the best shopping areas in DC.
One thing that doesn’t get talked about enough is how easy the parking situation is. The garage is super convenient, well-organized, and actually stress-free compared to most places downtown. You can get in and out without dealing with the usual DC chaos, which makes the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.
The stores themselves are fantastic. There’s a great mix of high-end brands, clean and beautifully designed spaces, and everything feels very polished and upscale. Whether you’re shopping, walking around, or just grabbing something to eat, the atmosphere is always on point.
Overall, CityCenterDC delivers a premium experience from start to finish — easy parking, great layout, and top-tier shopping. Definitely one of my go-to spots in the city.”

“Nice variety of stores with prices that are so so decent. You do have to pay attention because some of these stores charge full price and not outlet prices like H&M. Michael Kors always great prices, American Eagle you have to watch some items, Nike has good deals and Adidas.Tommy has better deals at the outlet compared to online.”

“this place has been amazing for as long as I've been living in silver spring. the stores are full of a great variety of things, and sometimes I don't know what to get!! to be fair, some of the stores, like Burlington and Dave and buster's, seem to be on the decline, but that's part of the charm. across the street, there is a plaza that has an ice skating rink in the winter, and music and farmer's markets in the summer. the surrounding restaurants are amazing, and everything is within walking distance. I can't even take any pictures, since they wouldn't be even close to capturing the feeling of this place. I hope to make more and more memories of this place for years to come.”

“Just a normal shopping center. Nothing special about it, nothing terrible. The 2 main Entries can be a bit awkward driving in. Grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, pet store, dollar store, autoshop, discount store. Some medical and professional buildings behind the shopping center. Some food places available”
“Giants need to do better in the meat department. It's NOT RIGHT! To put out expired meats! Around the 1st week & 1/2 of every month! Quick sales stickers are a RED FLAG! ? on any food products. Always check the dates before buying meats, milk, breads etc. #Everyonedeservesfreshfoods”
“Some items on the all-day breakfast menu isnt all-day. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches and 4 lemonade 1 mango, 1 mint, and 2 strawberries. My favorite was the mango and mint. The strawberry was super heavy in dye /syrup, but it was still edible.”
“This new Giant offers a variety of foods from various countries. I have found that the staff are approachable and extremely helpful. They will go out of their way to help locate whatever you need. The meats and veggies are always fresh.”
“I went with a 5th grade class on a field trip for our lunch. My daughter decided the slushy popping boba was a trip highlight. I will say it can get a bit loud and crowded with other groups there. Very convenient access to the Metro. I parked in the L'Enfant Plaza East lot which has early bird pricing, in by 8am $18 daily rate. It was a decent place to be parked for a day of museums.”
“Went shopping with my husband for my birthday. Was able to be there for their winter clearance. We got a lot of really nice items and did not have to spend a lot of money because the clearance items are actually good items not the things that people don’t want. Staff was friendly store was very clean and very neat. I didn’t have to dig through crowded shelves to find what I wanted. I was able to clearly see everything without having to do a whole lot of shoving and pushing and digging the store was not crowded with people, even though it was kind of busy I didn’t feel overcrowded with people it was pretty spread out. Check out was quick. We didn’t take long. We were not in line for more than five minutes.”

“We were there at Shark's Chicken and Fish Restaurant. This was my first time visiting and the food was so delicious to me. We got catfish filets and whiting filets and fries. We had to go back for another visit before we had to leave Washington DC. I highly recommend this place.”

“The Plaza is a great place to go, it's grown into a one stop shopping experience. The Royal Farms is another matter, I let my hungry get the better of me and for the second time brought some dry old chicken. I'll go to Chicken and Waffles next time! 5-16-26”

“Difficult traffic navigation to get into and out of the property. Slope of parking lot causes dents and dings as people let car doors slip while getting into and out of their vehicles. Awkward experience for your car, but great stores once you get there. Terrible parking but good shopping.”
“Lidl great prices on certain items, staff can be hostile at times because shelf prices don't match Ring price place so busy staff unable to remove signs in timely manner. Dollar and beauty store have many essentials”
“I treated myself to Ms.Toya's again. I was greeted by the hostess & ordered my food to go. I changed my mind & decided to dine in. I was seated in less than 5 minutes. I got the same waitress who bought over my iced water. I ordered the seafood sampler with the catfish cooked hard. The sampler arrived in 5mins & inquired about the seasoned fries. The server told me they with cajun seasoning. I went to server station & asked for cajun seasoning, tarter sauce & hot sauce. I still tipped the waitress extra even though a server fee was included in total payment.”
“The Honey Baked Ham Store served me a wonderful lunch. A sandwich that was a winner. Ham & turkey on a croissant with the fixings. Yummy for the tummy. Going back is a must.”

“Typical shopping center with a food lion and Walgreens. Not much else, no coffee shops a few fast food places, and a gas station across the street. Pretty quiet with the occasional dust up, but mostly middle aged and older people going about their day.”

“Rivertown I visit here. I went to flaming grill to get my chicken on a stick. I always got to wait for fresh chicken on a stick. They need to pay attention. When the food get low they need to make sure that they put it out. Good food. Just not a lot of choices. They need to have better choices with their desserts”
“What a beautiful building. This is one of my favorite Train Stations. When you're in the DC area this is where I recommend you park and then depart from to do all the tourist stuff.”
