“Had a great experience with Penrods installing my tires. Was originally going to get them done at Cheseldine and because my wheels are powder coated Cheseldine wouldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t chip my wheels. Called Penrods and they put me at ease immediately. Did a great job and treated me well.

“I have never had anything less than a perfect experience at Bell Auto. He has gotten me in on short notice when unexpected problems arose, he does considerate things without charging me like cleaning out around my brakes, and he gives me lots of notice about upcoming needs (ex: will need new brakes in x more oil changes) with quotes. I’ve researched prices elsewhere to compare with his quotes and they are always low, he never takes advantage. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“The most honest, well meaning mechanic I've ever been to and I will be a customer for life.
We had work done on my wife's car here. I brought in my own part and all they charged was labor for a very good price. Plus, they did not try to upsell me on anything, which alone is a win in my book!
But, shortly after leaving the shop, the splash guard fell off the wheel well on the front passenger side and wrapped around her tire! I call them, they tow the car within five minutes. After getting to the shop, they explain that their is no way it could have been their fault because they did not touch that part of the vehicle at all and even showed me all of the reasons why which I very much appreciated as someone that is not very mechanically inclined.
They then fixed the problem and even buffed out the scratches it caused! I went to try and pay them and they absolutely insisted that it was free, even though this all happened after their closing time.
Words cannot express how thankful I am to them for doing this. Please, give them your business. People this genuine deserve it!”

“They gave me a very good price to scrap my 20 year old Honda Civic. My old civic was having more and more issues as it got older. So when it broke down again, I'd already pre-decided to tell the tow truck to take it to Champion Auto to scrap it. The lady at the front desk was unbelievably nice! She had already told me what paperwork I needed to bring when I turned in my car (ID, Title paperwork, keys, etc.). The process of signing over my car to Champion Auto and getting paid that same day was super quick.”
