As new boat ownersand ones who haven’t had the best luck, this was one of the few things that felt truly seamless. He walked us through everything, answered our questions, and delivered results that exceeded expectations.
After completing the detail, he explained that the boat was in worse shape than anticipated and required more time, but he handled it with patience, professionalism, and zero complaints. We really appreciated his honesty and generosity with his time.

“I brought my Bentayga here for tint and a full detail inside and out, I am absolutely blown away by the results. The the tint is incredibly clean, flush gaps, and there isn't a single bubble or speck of dust anywhere I can see. The detail crew did an immaculate job. They got into every crack and crevice, seriously, spots I didn’t even think they’d bother with. The paint feels so slick and glossy, black is a hard color to make look good, but they did fantastic!! “Steve was absolutely amazing. He was honest, professional, thorough, and responsive, and he was very clear with expectations.
I had found Steve’s business online yesterday, so I texted him to ask for availability. He responded right away. After he explained to me his procedure and I answered his questions, I put down a deposit, and he scheduled me for today. I dropped off the car this morning, and five hours later I came back to see the transformation.

“Mike was great, he definitely does his best to make sure his customers never pay anything extra. My front bumper came out on one side and I was expecting a big estimate & wait time for repair or replacement. He took a look at it and was able to clip things back into place himself in a few minutes, no hassle. Perfect temporary fix I needed to get back on the road. Bumper is all good now and the only damage was part of the splash shield underneath which he gave me an estimated cost for but he wasn't pushing to get any extra work done if it wasn't necessary, just looking out for his customers.”

“I cant give enough praise to Henry! I have a 2020 Nissan rogue with the softer material seats that collects every piece of hair and dirt. I have multiple dogs and I have done a lot of rescuing with different types of animals. My rogue was purchased in 2020 and NEVER had a deep clean, as you can imagine it was HOLEY HAIR BALL and the smell was atrocious. I picked my vehicle up from Henry yesterday and damn near cried when I saw the amazing job he did. The hard work and attention that went into my rogue was nothing short of extraordinary! 5 years of hair and grime and he made my car look as it did when I drove it off the lot. I called multiple detailing services and ADL can’t be beat with their pricing and he got me in the day after I called. I honestly can’t say enough about this company. My vehicles will never go anywhere else. I’ll be telling everyone on every platform how amazing they are!!!!!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Cliff’s. Every-time something happens with mine or my daughter’s vehicle, up to and including a second opinion because another shop wouldn’t continue diagnosis, they are there with open arms and reasonable prices. They not only address the current issue but, look forward and bring to our attention other things that may become a problem so we can schedule to get it fixed. They make me and my daughter truly feel like family and always double check to make sure our vehicle is safe. We have had our vehicles at the dealerships and Cliff’s prices are always competitive. Any time someone is having car trouble my first response is “take it to Cliff’s”. To all the guys who work at Cliff’s I commend your honesty and integrity. In a fast changing world it can’t be easy to keep that up and I’m happy that you’re shop is there and appreciate each of you! Just to add the car had the transmission light come on and worse case it would have to be replaced. Their price beat others. The engine and transmission mounts needed to be replaced as well. The transmission was bad wires and replaced. Their price beat all others. The car runs like new! And I know they made sure to make it safe for my daughter and grandson.”

“I recently purchased a 69' Camaro from Universal Muscle and by far this was the best experience buying a car! Everyone there is great to work with. We had an issue with the brakes shortly after purchasing, called and they said stop right where you are and we'll come get the car. The problem wasn't that bad so we were able to bring it in. They put it up on the lift, found a brake line that had come loose. They fixed it and we were back on the road. I highly recommend Universal Muscle Cars! Even if they don't have the car you're looking for, I'm betting they'll find and make it happen.”
“Have never had any car detailed. Gary picked up my car, and took it tohis detail place, and all I had to do was hand him the keys. He then delivered it back to me. How easy was this!!! The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! There were some places on my car around the trunk, that I had really never looked at until Gary pointed them out to me before he took the car, that were very dirty but (again) Gary made them sparkle!!Thanks Gary...for your efficiency and kindness and quality of service. My car (almost 4 years old) really looks brand new. Might do it again after the winter!!”

“I reached out to Dirt Busters after getting a sub-par premium car detailing there (they missed the center console). I was worried that they wouldn't care and/or that I'd be lucky to even hear back. But they replied and apologized. They even offered to make things right by giving me one premium detailing on them. I was pleasantly surprised and was relieved that they didn't try to gaslight me like some business owners try to do when they receive negative feedback. I went back and they did a super job. However, I want to offer some advice to fellow veterans and customers regarding the sales process. I witnessed a military discount being offered to another client, yet I was denied the same discount because I was told I was 'already locked into a contract.' My recommendation to anyone considering their services: ensure you explicitly negotiate and secure your military discount or any other incentives before you sign any paperwork. Do not assume the business will offer these terms once the contract is finalized.”
