I dropped my vehicle off and was called after the job was completed. I did have an incident where a trim piece at the base of my windshield was not reattached.. I realized it a day or so later and when I went back to let them know I think the clip broke when they reattached it during the windshield install, they took the part.. found the replacement and called me the next day.
