“I called Lincare for knee scooter Christine and Terry, we’re very helpful they answered all my questions concerning my insurance call back on Thursday. Christine told me that they had a scooter there. Bring my insurance and the script from the doctor and I could pick it up when I got there. She had set it up and showed me how to work it. She was very professional and helpful. I will go there again to purchase any medical equipment. that I need Terry was very professional on the phone and I know I asked a lot of questions and she got the answers for me. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience with her professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor. When I got home, I was so excited at the thought of finally getting a good night’s sleep, although Gretchen had given me excellent, detailed instructions, in my rush I still managed to hook the tubing up backwards. “Truecare pharmacy is a lifesaver. I have been dealing with Cvs and their mess for many many years. I got tired of them and decided to try Truecare pharmacy and she has treated me like gold. I needed my medication‘s on an emergency basis, and she was able to order my medicines, she is very professional and kind and treats her patience with dignity and respect. She provides one on one time with the customer and is very friendly. You will never get that with CVS or Walgreens or any of those big corporate pharmacies.”
