Sylvester is your man. He provides excellent customer service, something so rare to encounter today yet so impressive when you do. We had considered switching to another carrier, however Sylvester's customer service made such an impression we decided to stay with AT&T.

My iphone 15 went completely haywire, so the next morning I went to the Easton ATT store and met Sylvester. We both sat there bewildered for awhile but he went through every possible step imaginable in trouble shooting and he eventually got my phone working again. Amazing! He was really cool and personable. If anyone needs help with their ATT phone go see this guy! Thank you again!

The AT&T Store rep Alex was helping another couple and just finishing up with them. Took the time to ask what I needed and direct me to display to help me make a choice on a new iPhone until he was ready. Spent lots of time finding the best deal and features in a new phone once he was working with me, ordered the phone and accessories suited to what I need, and it came to my home 24 hours later. Excellent experience.

Went there twice due to my phone not having signal for months. When I called, FirstNet would say the towers we're down and would be back up by an ever changing date. Finally, I tried the store and they said they didn't know anything about it and tried to troubleshoot my S-22 Ultra. They then told me to go to corporate in DC. A week later, I was going to just switch to Verizon but they had no deals, so I tried ATT store again. This time I was told that the S-22 Ultra was having the same problem with many people and an upgrade, which I was eligible for, to the S23 would fix the issue. He took my phone, tried a few things, to no avail. He then ordered my new phone and said I'd have to send mine in when the new one arrived.The new phone came, worked perfect, I sent my old phone in. Weeks later I get a bill for 500 plus,saying phone was not in working order or damaged. Not only was the phone trouble free when it sent (the store clerk even looked at it)but I wasn't aware this was even a risk, the clerk said nothing to me. Had the phone been damaged, I would have used thr insurance to fix it before sending it.This is nothing short of scam and they will not tell me what the supposed issue was.l they offered me 41 dollars after I had ready sent it in.and they are charging me 500 plus. This is a hostile way to treat a customer. I was not told that the phone had issues before I sent it other than the"known S22 issue with the network" , I was not also told that if it was not in "working order or damaged" that I'd be charged the remainder of what I owed. I can't fer.a hold of anyone to assist me and the store says it's a corporate store issue.Firstnet is run by ATT and is a program is for first responders. I remained loyal to them even after months of no phone service unless on WiFi because they kept saying just another week, multiple times. This was not the truth. Now, they received a fully operational and undamaged phone (at least when it shipped and looked at by the store clerk, are saying it wasn't ok without a full explanation and charging me 500 bucks. I am terminating my business with them and encouraging all first responders I know to do the same.

*The worst service ever.* Every time I went in there, the dark hair guy seem to be bothered when asked a question. He never smiles and ALWAYS have a sour look on his face. He's Never been of any assistance to me. Most I get from him is a smart reply and unprofessional demeanor. He comes across to me like he does not like his job. He lays around on the benches and will not get up to assist. The other gentleman is ok. He doesn't seem to be knowledgeable of product in his establishment. I can say he will try to help. The environment in this store is unwelcoming. I even heard them talk about other customers to the customers they arehelping. I went to Dover, Del and was welcomed from the door and the service was A1. Needless to say, I got want I wanted. I will not be going back to that store. EVER!

Jake was super helpful, especially after poor service from two other stores. He listened to our complaints regarding poor data service and immediately offered helpful suggestions. Give this man a raise!

This store locked their doors and turned off their open sign more than 30 minutes before closing time. We needed a new phone when one suddenly stopped working and were unable to even walk in the store. There were no signs indicating the store was closing early but there was even a lockbox on the door. I called the store and someone answered extremely rudely when I asked why the store was closed. She said she was in the only one in there and had the worst attitude. We waited for a few minutes and saw around 10 different people try and walk in but to no avail. Horrendous customer service. Hire new staff PLEASE.
