“We have an old Volvo SUV that we keep around as an extra car for our kids to use, but never really wash. So it has a LOT of caked on grime and sap and other things from neglect. Our son, home from college, took it out today and it came back all shiny. He said he ran it through the wash here but it didn't make much of a dent in the caked on grime, nor did he expect it to. But when he was vacuuming, two workers came over and brought the manager. The manager insisted on running it through again (for free) and then they spent about 15-20 minutes scrubbing it down and getting all the grime off. No one asked them to do this -- they have such a sense of professional pride here that they were going to get it as clean as they could. My son was bowled over. What a great example of professionalism they set!”
