No paperwork after getting 2 shots even through the link to the CVS Health app however could not get the documents needed to alert my doctor's for undated vaccinations through the CVS Health app

Not sure why the bad ratings for this pharmacy. I haven’t had a single issue. They always have my prescriptions ready. No issues.
