“Well stocked, wine shop and pharmacy. Prices are a little high especially for wines, but can be offset by having to go to only one store. Clean and well staffed. Probably the stocked supermarket in the area.”

“I have been going here all the time in the last 10 years. They just started doing some refreshing of their store on the inside. Just moving things around different places and I know some people get annoyed having to look but I'm loving it. Keep up the great work!”

“This store was set up very nicely. It was neat and everyone was very polite. Only gave it 4 stars because our cashier was kinda slow. But other than that it was great.”

“Great pharmacy, well stocked medical supplies and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is they are able to provide any thing related to oxygen.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this pharmacy! Where else will a pharmacist speak to you on the phone about problems with a medication and she'll even try working it out AND fix it with your provider's office. We only recently moved here, and I'm a new customer, but both times I've felt like I'm talking to an old friend. They're incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, my employer insurance is out of state and doesn't seem to be accepeted in MD. They find discounts and save me more than I would pay with my insurance card. I didn't have to ask or search through apps or online myself. I can't imagine going anywhere else and I'm so happy I don't have to drive 5 hours home to pick up my medications now.”

“I am 33 weeks pregnant and went in with a breast pump and compression sock prescription. I was helped by Ryan, he informed me on the process of getting the breast pump, and took measurements and helped me pick out the right compression socks. It was a great customer service experience. I was in and out and had all my questions answered.”

“Love your folks who work there. Just remember to enunciate that there is a Kidcents contribution at the register. My family donates heavily to charities. You have to give your customers informed consent whether or not the donation is permissible.”

“I've began using Giant Pharmacy when I moved to Easton from Annapolis about 2 years ago. Shortly after moving, my Mom became terminally ill and she just recently passed away. Initially, I was filling my scripts in Easton and my Mom's at the Giant in Annapolis. One evening, Tracy, the Pharmacist, spent probably a full hour helping me to sort out my own insurance issues and also looking into ways to help save on my Mom's very costly scripts and she wasn't even filling hers at this location. She is always there, running the show and has always been helpful and pleasant. If you've ever used any other retail pharmacy in Easton, you know that they can't keep them staffed. COVID really put a damper on the industry in general but I wouldn't want to know what it was like working at any pharmacy during the height of it when pharmacy staff were subjected to beligerant customers on a daily basis. Between having to responsibly fill prescriptions, administer COVID vaccines, deal with medication shortages, train and retain new techs, insurance verification, and a multitude of other high-level duties, pharmacies were probably hit the hardest just behind hospital based healthcare.Thank a pharmacy worker today!”

“Thank you to Rachel-Pharmacy tech and Kasey-Pharmacist for your professionalism and very nice demeanor. My husband and I got our first covid vaccine doses today. Despite their computers crashing and their phone ringing off the wall, the entire process was as smooth as glass. We have our 2nd doses all scheduled”

“Easy in and out for Rx and beauty products. Super helpful staff. Alas, the pharmacy was shut down due to tech issues for several days in 2025 and I ended up transfering my prescriptions to another pharmacy.”

“I like going to CVS in Target. Lisa the pharmacist has always been so helpful. When I started going there in 2019 for a few years there was a great crew of the same workers there I could joke with. Then they started closing for lunch from 1:30 pm to 2 pm. Everything changed. Employees started leaving and there weren't’t enough employees to handle the crowds. I still go there because I enjoy talking to Lisa. If CVS would keep the same employees working together I feel they would get to know the customer and it would make the customer feel happy to go there.”

“I go to this pharmacy regularly… and I thought it was worth giving some positive feedback on improvements made to staffing levels and therefore a reduction in stress for all. Customer service is much improved and the team deserves kudos for the effort made. Definitely deserves much higher than the current 2.2 avg rating…”

“I was just in the CVS in Easton, MD and the gentleman in front of me was gasping for breathe. When the pharmacy team spotted him, they showed concern and ask if there was anything they could do to help him. He, said no, and a pharmacy tech came from the back and called him up to get his prescription. He was able to leave very quickly. It was great to see their actions.”
