Online store hours are different than when you’re actually in the store. They called to tell you that they’re filling the prescription and that you could check it online, but you could never check it online through the app or the website not to mention they’re always rude when they don’t have it filled, and like to blame it on the customers! I will now be getting all of my prescriptions filled at Walgreens.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life! They don’t answer their phone and do not return calls from voicemails. There is no way to get in touch with them. Have tried to have local delivery service to pickup meds on three different times in past two weeks—they couldn’t find my order and today they closed early with no warning. Customer service tried to get in touch with them to no avail. Will be transferring all prescriptions to a locally owned pharmacy.Do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances.

Awful!! Waited 30 mins on a Monday evening to pick a script. One working the counter so I asked the other person to help. There were 6 of in line. Response was curt. Filling meds for those waiting and then I am going home. Attitude the entire time I stood in line. Will be transferring my scripts!!!!

Generally speaking this location does very well in my experience, lately more issues have arisen. Today they have a staffing shortage and only one person is working to help other patients get their prescriptions elsewhere nearby. So they had to close the pharmacy due to there not being enough help today. This location needs more help and I hope they get some assistance soon.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered: they don't answer the phone, are short on staff, tell you your prescription is ready (and it is not), lose prescriptions from my doctor.. and a non-customer friendly staff.. do yourself a favor and and move your prescriptions out!

Employees rude, have Good Rx card and CVS has a contract with them, but they make it very difficult to use the coupons. Had my Rx transferred to a Rite id and CVS has to date not transferred the prescriptions (12 days) after numerous calls from Good Rx, Rite Aid. CCVS Pharmacy refuses to pick up calls. I turned them into the Md State licensing agency.

Dumpster fire. Open 15 minutes late. Hours are inconvenient and they’re short staffed. Can’t get anyone in the phone. A call back takes hours. Employees are flippant and obnoxious. They even asked why I needed a medication substitution when they’re the ones who stated that I needed the substitute. Do better CVS.

This place put a nail in the coffin of my relationship with CVS. I’ve been tolerating the company to save myself the hassle of switching everything over to another pharmacy, but I’ve finally had it. I just moved to the area and had my prescriptions transferred from another CVS. Having worked as a pharmacy tech in the past, I know this is not a complicated process. I called in to request a prescription on a Friday. The following day I was there to pick up another prescription and asked about the one I’d called in the day before. I was told, “Oh, we don’t have it in stock. We can get it by Monday.” Ok, fine, I understand that sometimes happens. But why would you not call to inform me that it’s not in stock the minute you discover that, so I have the option to transfer the Rx elsewhere? I mean, gee, I might actually need the medication since I requested to have it filled, right?! By Wednesday of the following week my prescription is still “in process,” with no communication regarding delays. One of my complaints about CVS is their incessant text reminders about things I might want to refill, prescriptions I have waiting, prescriptions that need renewals from my dr’s office, ways I might want to make managing my prescriptions more streamlined(!), etc etc etc. (How about only texting me when something I ordered is ready and staying out of my inbox otherwise? Sheesh.) But when it actually matters, I receive no communication at all. I’m now five days without a medication I’m supposed to take daily, without interruption. While I love the Target store in Easton, the CVS inside the store has ensured no CVS gets my business ever again. Horrendous customer care—actually, NO care for customer wellbeing, apparently.

Terrible experience - they don’t ever answer the phone and then they deleted my prescription from the system somehow so it couldn’t be transferred to another pharmacy

I usually go to Harris Teeter Pharmacy, but I was having issues with one of my medications, so being a number of my friends to to Target Pharmacy, I decided to give it a try. Radvi, (please excuse me if I misspelled her name) , was the best. She greeted me with the most pleasant smile and was most helpful with the issues I was having. I approached her being extremely frustrated, but she took the time to listen to my problem and immediately diffused the situation with her knowledge and took the time to speak to me in laymen's terms. I always take the time to write letters to employers regarding their employees behavior, whether good or bad, so they understand who is at the front line addressing their clients. Radvi, is a delight and you should feel honored to have such a valuable employee who takes her job very seriously and goes above and beyond her duties. FYI: I am changing my pharmacy needs to Target. Thank you.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle, #1965703 on many occasions and she first impressed me by remembering my name. My wife has been very ill and it felt like I had a friend. Today, she received an order from my wife's doctor and immediately had me notified that the critical prescription was ready. The fact that she took the time to remember my name meant a great deal to me. I have had dealings with one of your Pharmacists and always had a great feeling when I left. FYI, my insurance company, Aetna, forced me to use CVS and I wasn't happy at the time but IO am now very glad they did. Please keep up the great customer service.
