The garden shop staff is very nice and very helpful with a good assortment of plants, bushes, and perennials. New employees and management have done a good job, with staff being helpful and visits pleasant. Help finding items has improved and some service is exceptional and fabulous. However, the store can be disorganized, making an online order pick-up feel like a difficult scavenger hunt with items misplaced or not ready. Major orders can face long delays and difficulty reaching helpful staff. Some departments may not carry specific hardware items. At times, staff behavior can strike customers as unprofessional.
