“I've been to this store dozens of times, but today was an exceptional experience. I was fortunate to meet Joan who readily greeted me as I wandered endlessly looking what for what brought me in.She directed me to exactly what I was looking for, requested assistance to help me load up my heavy items, and all while she was hours past the end of her shift.There is a lot of teamwork and everyone is invested in the customer experience. This is very unusual in today's retail environment, unfortunately. I'm sure they're short-handed but you'd never know it. “Dr. Andrews is the absolute best! She is AMAZING with my 3 cats and 2 dogs (which is saying a lot considering one dog has such high anxiety I cannot take her to the groomer or dog park). The prices are reasonable and probably the lowest in the area (I have taken a few of my animals to 3 other vets in Easton). She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and always suggests conservative treatments when applicable -- unlike other vets who will try to upsell you at every opportunity! The clinic also offers low cost vaccine clinics and will always try to accommodate you. Lastly, the staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this vet!!!”
