“Did not know there was a store in Easton. I always travel to the one in Queenstown, MD. Sales associate #269112 was very helpful checking me out. Really loved her personality and you can tell she’s been doing customer service for a long time. Made great eye contact and very communicative. Also, checked to see if my shoes had any discounts (by looking up my account to see if there were any coupons and I had a $5 redeem) that she took care of for me. Will be coming back to this location more often. Please recognize her great and beautiful customer service!”
