SINCE YOU GUYS REMOVED MY LAST ONE Cellular Sales… where do I even start? The most greediest, the most shady, and the most dishonest indirect agency of Verizon I’ve ever come across. This company will lie to you through their reps. For example, a handful of former of employees have explained to me that their supervisors tell them to lie about when promotional periods end so they can cash out from that specific customer on that specific day they come in. InfoManager shows it crystal clear when the promotional period ends. They tell reps to add perks on your Verizon account without your permission so it can trigger a commission for them. They make all new reps go through a probationary period, Each rep has to pull through 4,000 points within 90 days or else your employment is terminated. (Your fear-driven incentives provide no motivation whatsoever FYI) They deduct reps hourly pay from their commission check so the general manager and the regional directors can gush their favoritism for certain reps that choose to lie to customers for money for the company with expensive dinners while clanking cocktails together. The general manager Isaiah White and regional director Korey White (no relation) are well known for this! Victra and Verizon corporate will NEVER deduct hourly pay from the commission (the corporate greed from CellularSales is staggering) That’s why fraudsters specifically target Cellular Sales locations because the know the reps will do anything to make them leave with thousands of dollars in products in their hands. They never come to Victra or Verizon corporate, with rare occurrences. This location specifically was sued by the Maryland Comptroller for over $120,000 in taxes owed to the State of Maryland back in 2019 (yes, they don’t even want to pay taxes) Bottom line, if you want an honest interaction, take the time to go to a Victra store or Verizon corporate store. If your looking for a job with Cellular Sales, RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. Have you ever noticed every 3 months there’s always new people? If you don’t make this company enough money they will discard you like an inferior person and trash. Cellular Sales, if you remove this post. I simply repost to Yelp where they do not except cash bribes to take down negative reviews, you guys got the right one for real, you can tell that to your “Money Makers” as I recall.. you guys have a group chat on Microsoft Teams by that same exact name. Am I on the money?!?? Lol.

Customer BEWARE!! Went in today at 5:30pm with my mother in law and I went to get new phones. We have different accounts and was hoping to be done at the same time to leave, the man who took my phone call decided to take us both instead of splitting us up so we could potentially be done faster. I get it, commission is a thing but putting the customer first is a thing as well and we didn’t want to be there until close. I sat through the entire sale and not once did Nasheem offer to my mother in law anything about bundles or adding cloud storage onto her account. The transfer process was going to take a while as she doesn’t like to delete anything and so I politely approached another associate to start on my phones upgrade as to get done faster this man got so offended by my choice to have another associate expedite the process. The store manager and another associate Tyler took care of my phone upgrade with ease, everything about my personal experience was fantastic but my mother in laws not so much, Nasheem took it upon himself to add “bundles” to her monthly plan in order to fill his own pockets. by the time I learned of this I was already out the door and had to turn around to come back to the store to demand he remove those bundles from my mother in laws account. Nasheem attempted to defend himself stating they were already on the account, yet he fails to realize my husband is the account owner so we are very aware of what was on the account previously. He most definitely thought he could take advantage of my mother in law by adding these bundles to her account and I nor my family will be back to do business with that particular associate.

Trash. Straight Trash.Went in today and all I wanted was help adding a phone to my already existing prepaid service as I've gotten help with it before from a Verizon store. Man at the counter promptly came to assist, and even more promptly tried to sell me a Verizon Plan. I I formed him that is not what I wanted, he then pursued to tell me that it's best to get my son his own line, Informed him that is not what I want and that I've had this before. I was about to leave when he said...ok ok ok, and proceeded to PRETEND to try activate the phone, tried the current Sim, wasn't working, tried a new Sim, wasn't working so I told him I would go to the store that helped me before...I understand trying to make a sale but when the customer tells you what they WANT then that's what you do!

Worked with Moriah Brinsfield last night and she navigated some complicated account issues to bring us the best selections and best programs. It took a while, and she remained unflustered, investigative, polite and our advocate....Highly recommend this store for the area and her. Other associates also helped in finding solutions..they worked as a team!

Jordan Bahno was extremely helpful and patient as we navigated tech support for over an hour as well as trying to make arrangements to help us via a corporate store. Would highly recommend this store and salesperson.

If I could give no stars I would! My husband and I was beyond rushed out and it was only 7:15p when they close at 8p because he didn’t want to stay any later! He never activated the phones because again he didn’t want to stay later so when we got home to activate them the cellular would not work so I had to go to the Denton Verizon for help which Erin was the best and fixed it!!!! I would never be going back to Easton they are rude and don’t care about their customers! I had my daughters also with me who was sitting there quiet and he stated “oh me and my girlfriend don’t want kids, they’re expensive and I like my freedom” randomly! He didn’t care how that makes children or their parents feel hearing how kids pretty much ruin your life when they don’t, they are blessings (in my eyes)!!!!!

Jordan Bahai was amazing. He listened to our needs and was able to provide excellent customer service to us. He was extremely busy with many customers but he did so with a friendly and very professional attitude. He was great to work with. I highly recommend him. He gave us a great deal and got our new phones set up and helped my husband get logged into his work apps.

Very impressed with the staff here. In fact i had the best customer service experience here at the Easton Verizon, far superior to any other Verizon i have been in over the years. Caleb was genuinely helpful over the phone and Jaylynn went above and beyond to solve tough problems. All with a great attitude. Thanks all!
