“I’ve had to wait a long time in line several times in the past but today I went in to renew my passport with my four siblings. Even though it was really busy in there, John rapidly stopped what he was doing to attend to us since we had an appointment. He made the experience super smooth and quick! He was funny and super amiable! As part of the application process he was reviewing, he asked if I was a student and then took his time to wish me luck in my studies and was extremely friendly with my dad and my whole family. We need more people like him in this world! Even though he was busy and probably stressed, he still helped all four of us through the process with a smile and charisma! Thank you John, for your excellent service at our 11:30 am appointment on 1/30/26!”
“This post office goes above and beyond with the deliveries , plus now with the huge packages that they have to deliver from Amazon, which starts today.
I know that my postal guy came back out in the rain to deliver them in his CAR not a truck ! Not to mention this was on a Saturday !
