“It was great to shop at the Dollar tree and see Tom as the Cashier. He was always attentive to me when he worked at the old Rite Aid in Severna Park for many years. He is professional and pleasant. Tom put my bags in the car when I pulled up in front of the store. Tom is a definite asset to the Pasadena Dollar Tree.”
“Store is always full of items. Best dollar tree in the area. I drive past 6 stores just for this one. Staff is friendly, shelves are full, service is fast. I like how they use a code system at this store so it’s short and to the point. Cashier called a “code 1” and help was there in seconds. These other stores need to take lessons from here.”
“I'd just like to say that I was in the store today and an altercation broke out between a customer that didn't realize what the policy was in the cashier that cashier was amazing. She stood aground, but she still took the product back even though she shouldn't have just to calm the page, the client down. I give it to her. She was amazing.”
“This is one of the big Dollar Trees, which is why I went there. A lot of Christmas items to choose from and a large food section. The man at checkout was very helpful and professional. Only problem I had was the isles were full of carts with items to be stocked and had to maneuver my wheelchair around things. Found everything I was looking for though.”
“I haven't encountered a store since the COVID-19 where the employees provided such exceptional service as the three young ladies did when I visited this location on March 4, 2026. From the moment I entered, I was greeted and offered assistance. From young lady who helped me find what I needed, and the young lady who processed my purchase, all whom provided exceptional service. This will undoubtedly be my preferred Dollar Tree location from now on.”

“Friendly staff and always has everything I need. Just steer clear of the homeless guy that sits out front with his dog. It was about 11 at night and he asked me and my girlfriend if he could come sleep in our house. Not sure what his intentions were but he gave bad vibes that night.”
“I haven't been to this store in awhile because it was always a mess. I was pleasantly surprised of how clean this store looked. The new manager Rohan is doing a wonderful job making this store look like a place that you would love to shop. The vibe was warm and inviting. Keep up the good work.”

“I went in on December 1st looking for more stockings. I nominated myself to do 65 stockings for work and I was 8 short. This was the 4th Dollar General I had visited. The cashier took her time to look through the boxes for me. We may not have what I was looking for, but out of the 4 other local stores I visited, she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I dealt with. It truly meant a lot, and I will go out of my way to visit again!”
“Quite the dollar store, very clean and easily accessible, large and had a fair amount of items on display the dollar store I frequent has. The staff was friendly and quite relaxed.Sadly the soda I was there for was cleaned out when I went, so I was unable too gain such. But that's just a me thing, they are obviously waiting on their next shipment so can't really blame such on them.”
“Got my car broken into right out front of the store and these employees went above and beyond to help me and keep me company while the cops took their time getting to the scene. “This dollar general is very clean but some items are randomly scattered in the shelves. It just renovated a few months ago and the store looks really nice and modern. The prices are a bit higher but I use the dollar general app which has some deals. But to use the app to purchase things the scanning always goes wrong and it doesn't work.”

“Dollar Tree is my favorite store on the Earth. Where else can you spend $176.00 and go home with bags and bags of goodies? I regularly stock up on my health and beauty needs as well as large supplies of candles for enhancing my household decor. And for basic canned goods, the price is unbeatable. Then you have office supplies, kitchen accessories, the odd clothing item you didn't know you needed, you have a full service store. And, it's also party central, complete with color matched decorations, plates and cups and hats. And helium balloons to order. If you've never been to a Dollar Store, you are seriously missing out.”
