This was my first visit and while I was in the waiting room a senior customer came in with a prospective customer to introduce for service. That was so impressive and spoke volumes about the quality of service that Admiral Tire and Auto Center delivers. Excellent service was provided from start to timely completion.”

“Went in today because something was hanging from my car and leaking. I worked with Nick and he quickly fixed the issue. He was nice, explained everything and got me in and out. Everyone offered great customer service. I will definitely return!!”
“I was referred to Cecils for an alignment after some work done. Since I have owned my truck, any time I go in the shop I always ask how the front end is due to wanting to be on top of the vehicles maintenance. I have never been told anything bad. Well, when your vehicle is pushing 300k miles, expect things to need replacement. I went in for an alignment and suggested a few extra things. After a while I was called and was told there was definitely more than meets the eye to the suggested repairs. Generally that's a bad thing for people, but I was dying for my vehicle to be as best as it can be. After going as far as I could aside from some adjustable control arm, I was told my truck was ready. It has never in all it's years tracked as straight as it did after visiting Cecil's. For a lowered truck basically at its limit, it rides better than expected. Cecil's was very honest and open about repairs and giving their input. I felt zero pressure dealing with them and am excited to bring other vehicles to them.”

The fit, look, and drive are fantastic, great style and perfect for off-road. I’ll also be getting my wife’s SUV leveled up two inches from them soon. “Best Service Ever in a tough situation!! Highly recommend. We had a shaft seal failure and found ourselves pleading local marina's over Memorial Day weekend for an emergency haul out of our 48ft trawler. Many marinas turned us down but Liberty answered our call, empathized with our very stressful situation, and even called in more staff to help us haul out. We dry docked there while bringing in our own mechanics for the repair - another super easy process. When we put back in - the manager and lift operator had installed extra padding in the well and on the lift cables to accommodate our boat. They really came through for us and made us feel better in what was a terrible situation. I met a few of their slip renters who shared the same sentiment about the mgmt team. Matt, Chrissy, Melvin - you all ROCK. Thank you!!”

It was supposed to take six months for my car to be fixed and I had minimum damage done to it because it was a brand new car and they didn’t offer the parts but God is good.
