Earl contacted me with status updates at every major milestone while they had my car for the week. “I didn’t have work done at Wee Heart but the owner and front desk were exceptional during the estimate. The owner has a very honest handshake.
My car is now old, and I would have had my vehicle repaired at Wee Heart yet the settlement was 80% of the book value, and it makes more sense to use that money on a new car. I can live with the cosmetic damage.
Why I recommend — My friend’s family owned a collision shop in Vermont and they had a reputation as the best shop around. Very honest people who did thorough work. I learned so much from them about dealing with insurance companies, choosing a repair shop, etc.
Wee Heart reminds me of them.
