Had a very unusual ( unheard of, actually) problem with my Janome sewing machine. Mr. Chapman worked to get the replacement part and repairs covered under warranty, even though my machine is 2 years old. His shop is my go to place for all things sewing. I highly recommend his, and his assistant’s, work.
