“Honestly, out of all the storage units I have ever had… this one should offer their units for free. It’s almost funny how horrible they are. So the gate closes at 10pm. As in, you won’t be leaving unless you’re out of there by 10pm lol.
Try calling them. If they get “irritated” by you for inconveniencing them with a phone call - they’ll literally just hang up for no reason haha. And call back. They won’t even care at all.
Let’s just hang up on our customers. Sounds like a great idea. Oh, and now the exit gate doesn’t work. Yes I’m serious. How long until they fix it? Who knows. I would say call and ask but, no point on that. They’ll probably hand up, how dare you inquire about when you’ll be capable of leaving (when the office itself isn’t)
Find another place to store your possessions. A dumpster would be more reliable than this place.”

“The level of customer service at this location by far exceeds expectations. I messed up the logistics of my Ubox delivery and over the weekend was trying to figure it out with Ashley who was absolutely lovely and did all she could but said I'd need to speak to someone Monday morning who was authorized to make the kinds of changes I needed. I called early this morning and spoke to Ray who went out of his way to help. He got creative and made multiple phone calls to arrange things so that my timeline with the delivery and the moving help would work out. He ended up making everything work perfectly and saved the day, all with a great attitude and kind demeanor. Thank you, Ray!!”
