Some days it's a 4, sometimes a 3--depends on who's working. Most of the time though it's a 4.5 or 5. Effort is made to get people served fairly quickly, because there are often lines here. Stamp selection is meager, but they do have stamps. You can quickly drop of prepaid packages without waiting.

The staff is nice here unlike the young lady at the Crownsville location.
