I just had a VERY POSITIVE interaction, by telephone of all things. I needed to retrieve a package that needed my signature, and the online automated system was of no help (sigh), but I called, spoke to a wonderful representative who took personal action to ensure I could designate someone to pick up the package for me, and accomplished getting the package. This was after two months of USPS system problems and errors. In other words, the person at the Edgewater Post Office helped me overcome the USPS system problems, in the most friendly, caring, and helpful way I could want. Well done, and THANK YOU.

I am very grateful for this Post Office. The customer service is always top notch, they answer the phone and are helpful, and are quick with delivering packages.I really appreciate the team at the Edgewater USPS.

I accidentally put something in the outgoing mail I shouldn't have. I called in a panic and Tina took complete control and fixed my f up!!!!!! When I came in I said I'm the dong dong and Anita quickly said no you're human! Don't beat yourself up! The sweetest best customer service ever!!!!! Thank you for all you do for us!!!!!!

Awaiting back brace following surgery, ordered within time, package tracking showed it arrived at USP OFFICE at 730 in Am, live 2.1 miles away, five pm delayed in transport!!! Useless and lazy!!!
