“I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !! “The first time I heard about this branch of HB, it was an article that seemed like the bank was racist bexause they gave a young black girl a hard time about cashing her check. I began to work for a lady that uses HB, and I had similar experience...but after about a year, I see it was extra security to protect the account owner. Soon after I opened an account and the staff are like family.. I never applied for a loan but I know they treat their customer a like people, especially if you take the time to get to know them...I always feel like family there and they remember your name.. im sure any misunderstanding could be easily cleared up and sometime you just dont qualify...in any case they get 5 stars from me...I love you guys”
“Erin is a life saver! Long story short, dealing with probate and savings bonds across the country and Dealing with the treasury was going to take-6 months!! It was going to be a nightmare and Erin came to my rescue while everyone else told me they would only cash two a day which would me mean I’d have to come in every day for a month. Teresa's team are, in my opinion, a direct reflection of their leadership. In this case, exceptional. Whenever I call or stop in via the drive thru, they greet me with excitement and enthusiasm every time. It is so refreshing to do business with a team of people that treat me as a person and not just another account. Before COVID, when I would have to go inside to conduct business, there's always a friendly warmth in the atmosphere. “The drive through is a very crunched kind of space so if you have a bigger vehical you may want to bank elsewhere. There are only two lanes and the people that go here don't seem to get that there are two separate lanes for the drive through which makes it a LONG wait on Fridays especially.”
