“People here genuinely care about your car, and are willing to help and explain whenever you need. Several times I’ve come in with no notice or just to ask questions and they always take the time to make sure I understand everything and often help with small things (tightening parts, reading codes, test driving and estimating issues and costs) for free. Several times if they are booked or unable to be of service they’ve recommended nearby shops that might get me what I need faster, they offer useful tips without making me feel stupid. I can tell they genuinely care about their job and the people they help. I feel comfortable knowing when I go here that they want what’s best for me and my car, and knowing I don’t have to worry about scams or false fees is so reassuring compared to a lot of other places right now. I bought an old, kinda crappy car and every time it throws codes or has issues they’re always there to help and explain even if you don’t know the first thing about cars, they’re now the first people I go to for everything.”

“Pretty quick in and out. Cleaned my windshield and vacuumed my floor. It's a company car and I appreciated the speed so I could get back to working quickly. All of the employees were very nice and pleasant to deal with.”

“I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service at the Walmart Tire Center in Middle River, Maryland.
Ms. Phyllis is truly exemplary in her role at the front desk. Even when faced with difficult or impatient customers, she remains calm, kind, and accommodating. She carries herself like a caring but firm mom who keeps everything running smoothly. Her professionalism and warmth make a stressful situation much easier for customers.
I would also like to give an honorable mention to Trey. He is consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Even during busy periods, he takes the time to explain what’s going on, answers questions clearly, and provides solid recommendations. That level of customer care does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.
Overall, the team does an excellent job. I would encourage customers to please be patient—this is a tire center, not a fast-food counter, and quality service takes time. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to consider adding at least one more staff member to handle phone calls during peak hours.
