“If I could rate this UPS Store 10 STARS I would! I'm in New York State and I recently purchased a VERY fragile antique item that included several small and equally fragile parts. I called and spoke first with Geoff who was very patient, friendly and accommodating and he provided me with a very reasonable packing and shipping cost. I asked if I could please be called prior to packaging so that I could provide small details about packing it. Shortly after the seller dropped off my item(s) to this UPS Store I received a very friendly call from Emily who explained that she would be packing my items. Emily was incredibly patient and helpful with listening to my concerns about my fragile items and explained that she would pack them very securely. Emily then EXCEEDED my expectations by sending me pictures of my carefully wrapped items that she painstakingly packed for me. THIS is Customer Service at the highest level. When my package arrived by UPS Ground I was amazed to see in person how securely Emily had packed each and every item. Every single item in my package received the finest care in packing that I have ever seen. “This is my favorite UPS store. Mrs. Emily is fantastic and always a pleasure to see and talk too. She's such a wonderful person, always smiling and happy to see her customers. I love that every time I go in there I get pens as my souvenir lol! I'm obsessed with writing tools and I like how these pens write. Mrs. Emily has helped me in other situations as well. I was in a bind one day and thankfully bc of her I was able to take care of and do what I needed too. I've never had any issues at this location that couldn't be fixed. I had a missing package one time and they did not hesitate or miss a beat to finding it and returning it back to Amazon for me. Hands down to this small business!!! Always clean inside store, friendly, polite!”
“Bought a notebook from here & still having issues with it. They have a good tech group here, some will go the extra mile to get things done for you. I'm just frustrated as this notebook is basically used for writing so it's on the web rarely & it's had to go in a couple times & then sent out which I will say the group they send to isn't the best. I'm not sure what's happening but for the price, I'd like it fixed & properly working.”

I went in recently to get some copies made and was confused by the procedure, (it had been a while since I'd been there, and you now have to enter everything at a computer first). Luckily, I was the only customer at the time and the associate I worked with was happy to help me. The front desk line always seems to go pretty quickly, too.”

“I can't say enough great things about Kim & Preston's. First off the invitations were absolutely beautiful... so much so that when I picked it up after having it framed the clerk said it's beautiful enough to hang in a museum. When we first met with Kim for invitations she had great ideas and she was in tune to what my daughter wanted and had so many great ideas for what could be. She was always kind and never lost her patience with our many phone calls and emails. She helped me out at the last minute as well. Stick with a professional printer. You can't get the same quality of printing from these online printing company.”
