Lois is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I rented the perfect size storage unit and left knowing everything I needed to get into and out of the facility. I also know a way to save some extra money! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Lois and look forward to seeing her again when I visit my storage area!

Although I am not a fan of “Corprate” institutions I have to say that Prime Storage location in Sykesville, MD were an amazing help. Lois who I spoke to and saw in person was wonderful, professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate that, you don’t get that anymore these days.
