“Mike, the manager, is freaking awesome! I stopped in to inquire about availability and pricing, and he was so patient, engaging, friendly and genuinely down-to-earth while going over all the options with me. I told him, “I need to talk to my business partner, but I can come back or call if that works.” His response was basically, “Totally!” No pressure. No salesman tactics. No trying to convince me of anything. Just genuinely friendly and helpful. Well... I was back within two hours to rent a unit from him. While I was there, I also watched him interact with another customer, and it was the exact same thing — smiles, honesty and just a really friendly vibe. Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find, so when I come across it, I think it deserves to be recognized. Mike — You ROCK and deserve a RAISE! Need a storage unit...THIS IS THE PLACE!!!”

“Andrew, Mathew and Larry were assigned to move my Mother! These guys did an amazing job. They were professional, punctual and very kind. I highly recommend them for your next move. The Company itself actually charged more than anticipated. It appears that they are reasonable but they are actually quite costly. The great customer service from the guys help to ease the sticker shock.”
