“I needed a repair for a crushed bumper and a replacement for the rear panel on my 2014 Nissan Maxima. I was recommebded to N&K Auto Body by a trusted mechanic shop. The owner, Kelvin took my call and met me at the shop. He onspected the damage, walked me through the parts selection online real time with competitive quotes. We scheduled the repair and it was acvomplished on schedule. K&G Auto Body pulled out the crushed bumper, straightened tge rear frame, installed new brackets, painted and installed the primed new rear panel. The paint job was immaulate. Minor mechanical refinements were no problem. The service technicians were courteous, friendly and technically proficient. I am very satisfied with the work performed by N&K Auto Body and will not hesitate to use their services in the future.”

“Great experience with this shop and team overall! I recently had been a long time customer of another performance shop for my Audis needs and the last few times left with hefty bills and feeling like just a number. After some research, I found Scott and his team and made the switch. They took the time to understand where I wanted to take my S5 and the time to order and install all of my modifications. All along answering my questions and any concerns- even when I took my car home. I drive an hour from VA to visit this shop, because it matters how you and your vehicles are treated here. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a serious shop from standard maintenance to modifications- especially if you’re a woman who’s tired of being run around elsewhere when you head into service your car. While my car was in the shop, I spoke with 2 other women who came in for service as well and they BOTH had been to this shop at the previous location. “They work fast...if they say come in now, they'll get to your car quickly. They don't go overboard re passing safety inspection...they're reasonable and will fail you for something that's clearly a problem, they won't try to fail you then bs you into trying to spend big $ trying to turn a 5-15 year old car into a new one and have you replacing stuff that's not really necessary.This is my second time using them and I already had NTB tell me what the car needed first...it failed on one of the things ntb mentioned...I looked and agreed that the parts they mentioned were shot. If you let them do the fix they'll work with you to pass.They aren't that expensive wrt repairs.Some places refuse to install customer parts. I wanted to save a buck getting better front end parts from Advance Auto (Moog) vs paying twice that for run of the mill aftermarket cheapies, and these guys didn't object to just charging labor to install my byo parts...I checked 3 places, plus a street mechanic and Central's price for labor-only was the best...that plus I got the pass all in one stop without wasting additional time or gas.Honestly I'd probably do the title/ tag elsewhere or go to MVA to save a buck. If you have more $ than time, you can pass inspection and also get tag and title here...but you'll pay an extra $50 convenience fee for your title/tags. No extra fee for that if you go to the MVA.”

They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”
