In addition to my requested service, they reviewed services options recommended and needed for my vehicle which required my approval. The staff was wonderful and very professional and I was VERY pleasantly surprised to see women performing mechanical duties as well. My wait time was less than 30-minutes. I am and will continue to be a return customer.”

Went to Bay Area tires after coming through the Dunkin line and the prices were not a huge difference of other places but definitely more convenient. Scheduled an appt for the next day. Took my truck in the next day. Got tires, Alignment and warranty. I was in and out within an hr and a half.”

“I've been going to BM auto more than 10 years now. There was an employee I didn't know who diagnosed a problem and was overly anxious to work on my vehicle before checking whether that was the actual problem. When I expressed my concern, the employee had to be told twice to let Fadil work on my vehicle. The next time I took my vehicle in, didn't see that employee so gave me a sense of relief that he would not be working on my vehicle. I only trust Fadil, and one other mechanic as well as the current owner to work on my vehicle as I've never experienced issues once the work was completed. Trust means everything. Can truly say this is an honest reputable shop with experienced mechanics I've had the pleasure of recommending to family and even strangers.”

“I first came to this shop because they were one of the few places locally that can order and install continental tires, which i really prefer on my car. They ended up doing brake work for me and did a great job at a reasonable price. I have a background in cars and i historically do my own work, but with my job becoming more demanding i have passed most of it to this shop. They have never asked me to fix something that hasn't needed it, they do quality work, and the prices here are fair. I think Mark, the owner cares a lot and will provide his honest opinion when requested.”

“The Lube Center on MD-3 is awesome! All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This was the best maintenance weekend I've probably ever had--with no appointments necessary. The experience was so great the first time around, I returned two more times that same day with my mom's AND my wife's cars! I loved how communicative my tech Jadin was during the entire process, how pleasant the cashier Taylor was, and how informative the manager Dakota was. The prices were reasonable and absolutely beats the experience at any dealership I've ever dealt with. I loved sitting in the car and watching YouTube while the maintenance was being done. The entire process only took about 20-25 minutes per vehicle. Oh, and I got a free car wash for every vehicle afterwards! I will definitely be returning to The Lube Center on MD-3 for all my maintenance needs from here on out...thanks team!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

Weirdly, because of the time I had considering work schedules, I was able to drop off my car and pick up my car--all done over the phone. While the service cost is fair, albeit on the higher end of general estimates, the addition of diagnosis fees makes it a bit steep. I recognize the value of diagnosis, yet I believe there should be a discount if the repair is conducted at the same shop, considering it’s an essential part of the process. “AMAZING SERVICE ALERT: Welp, we've all been there...the dreaded "CHECK ENGINE" light illuminates on your dash, and your heart vacates the appropriate chamber in your chest for your stomach, as an array of wild causes assaults your cerebellum like a ceramic metal orb in a pinball machine. I took my suspicions to DAKIS Service Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Same-day diagnosis, repair and return of my vehicle, excellent communication from drop-off to pick-up, and friendly customer service (even my dogs liked him - and my girl hates dudes (she has her reasons). Also, there's this lovely tech there named James who made to sure clear the code a couple times before trying to suggest the service. He genuinely tried to see if it would clear on its own, given the circumstances of my gas cap fumble earlier in the week, and suggested to return if and when it did. And when it did, they handled it promptly If you're in the need for a fix, and you're looking to champion a local neighborhood business, look no further than the kind, competent and professional DAKIS Service Center in Kings Contrivance Shopping Center (attached to the Exxon). You'll pay for the service your car needs and deserves!”

The Parking Spot Bus Driver cleared about 6” of snow off my car with his brush and filled my tire with enough air to get to a repair place. I called to see if an auto place could help me and went toSNT Automotive401 S Camp Meade RoadEven though there was a sign on the door saying “we are full”, their parking lot was crammed full, and both bays were full, Duffy took the screw out of my tire, patched my tire, and told me there was no charge but sometimes people just tipped so I did. What could’ve been an hours long problem was just a matter of minutes. Highly recommend both Parking Spot and SNT!”
