“I am a Hotshot driver out of Central Texas, on November 3rd, 2023 I had a brake pad go out and wreck a rotor on the rear of my Dodge Dually. After at least 4 other places either didn't answer or couldn't get me in until the next week I finally found Jessup Total Car Care's number on Google on the 4th. The wonderful lady who answered the phone was so sweet and had me bring my truck and loaded 40' gooseneck over. Richard instantly had me unhook and got to work. After having a replacement axle seal delivered (I already had new pads and a rotor) he got me on the road same day. His grumpy demeanor (if you know any older mechanics you understand that it is normal) and the small town feel made me feel like I was back home in the farm towns of Central Texas. First time in Maryland and if I ever have trouble in that area again I'll gladly have a tow truck haul me to them. Amazing people, amazing service. Ask them about the airplane propellers going to Texas and I'm sure they'll laugh.Service: Brakes”

“Last night (3/1/24) I had Matt, tow truck #50 come rescue me in the heart of DC. Broke down with my rig and 48’ flatbed. Matt was by far the most professional tow truck operator I have dealt with ever! Great communication with keeping me up to date on his ETA, speed at dropping my replacement truck and rebooking. But he also went out his way to make sure I was all set and even blocked the road so I could safely u-turn and get heading out of the city the correct way!! I would 100% recommend Matt and this tow company!!”

“On 8 July (Friday), current assessment 5 stars; I requested an appointment for an RV front-end alignment over the phone. I was told that they could do the job as a first come first serve base and if I could get the RV in the booth the male voice on the other end was friendly and attentive. I dropped by the shop to verify the fitment of the RV in the booth the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive actually showing me the path the RV had to negotiate into the booth. The engagement went very well communication and understanding were very helpful. I may request the replacement of my rear shocks (Koni are new in the box) also.(Monday) 0715, current assessment 5 stars; I went to the front desk reminded the gentleman of the Friday conversation, and added the rear shock replacement. The gentleman said that will be 24 hours for the shocks I said that's fine we did the admin paperwork and he took the keys nothing of note very standard interaction.(Tuesday) 0845, Current assessment 5 stars. I received a phone call that the RV shocks were installed but the RV needs new kingpins to do the alignment. I will pick up the RV and bring it to the normal mechanic (B&G services) due to the Kingpins being replaced in April of last year (with maybe 4000 miles on them) for inspection and replacement then back for alignment. The staff at the facility were very helpful of note they advised me that the kingpin must be greased all the time (pretty adamant about this?). (Update to follow)”
