Expectations have to be realistic, they don’t have the variety of the larger stores but they generally have what I need and the prices are competitive.Big pluses….they actually fill propane tanks, they sell high end tool and outdoor cooking brands, the hardware section is organized and easy to find the right sizes, and the staff know what they are talking about.Spread the word to support locally owned businesses that are well run!”

“Wow. Let me say it again, wow, because once is not enough. I have NEVER had an experience in a hardware store like the one I just had here. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and a request to offer assistance. When I told the associate what I needed, she told me what aisle it was in and said she'd have another associate meet me there to help. The one she called was about two steps behind me, and he was very helpful, coming up with different ways I might try to do what I needed to do. When I checked out I was even offered a free reusable bag, the kind every other place charges for! I don't live near this store, just happened to be nearby on an errand, but next time I need something they carry I will happily drive those extra miles!”

“I really like having Sherwin Williams in my neighborhood. I can get a quality product in a super convenient location. The staff are always helpful and patient. The store is tidy and easy to access. On my latest visit the sales associate, Morgan, went above and beyond to help me chose colors and combinations. The check out process was efficient and no one gave my loud 4-year-old the stink eye. I was greeted and helped immediately. At least some of the staff is bilingual which I think is a bonus.”

However, at this store, an employee here named Nicholas was truly exceptional. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. “I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”

“Hands down the best paint store with the best colors and the best service & advice. I don't know what they put in the paint but the colors are always deeper and more saturated than what one finds at the big box stores. They can easily match colors from other suppliers and back it up with a generous return policy. They might cater to the professional but have always been more than happy to help a weekend warrior like myself, making sure I get the right paint for the job and talking me through the steps to ensure a high quality finish.”

I'm not sure if it was just today, but everyone seemed miserable being there, no smiles, no hello, very unfriendly and abrupt. Did not feel welcomed. I'll shop here again, give them another chance.”
