“Hands down the best paint store with the best colors and the best service & advice. I don't know what they put in the paint but the colors are always deeper and more saturated than what one finds at the big box stores. They can easily match colors from other suppliers and back it up with a generous return policy. They might cater to the professional but have always been more than happy to help a weekend warrior like myself, making sure I get the right paint for the job and talking me through the steps to ensure a high quality finish.”

Although I frequent this location, today I’m leaving a review because Becca was more than patient and very helpful with me while having trouble finding my company’s account. While others weren’t so helpful, she stood by while I gathered all information needed to find the account and made sure I was able to pay to the right account.”
“I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”

However, on my third call, I was fortunate to connect with an individual named "E" who not only understood the problem immediately but also assured me that they could get it right. And guess what? “I had an exceptional experience at this store! The builder had given me a quote on a color so that I could touch up the trim around my front door. But they gave me the wrong color number and what I ordered was way off. The staff at this store were very kind and helpful. They took the paint that I had purchased and using a couple of chipped paint pieces from my porch, was able to adjust it to the correct color. The match is so perfect that I can't tell where my touch up begins.”

“Alex is an absolute legend and a joy to see at the store. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and spend about an hour and a half picking samples and getting paint. And then had to comeback and get more because I didn’t realize how much paint I actually needed lol. ? he is kind and funny and very personable. We moved farther from this store and I drive just to have a joyful experience. Alex loves his job and it shows and for that I am grateful.”
