Many options were available and, unlike the flowers and plants at some big name hardware stores, the flowers and plants were adequately watered, not wilted and dying. The owner was also a pleasure to meet and chat with. It was my first time shopping there yesterday, but certainly not my last.”

“We visited Castle Wholesalers in Baltimore to purchase a bathroom vanity. After the purchase, we decided to get a different style that was available from their New Jersey location (Home Surplus). The return was easy, and the transfer from New Jersey went very quickly. The staff were very friendly, accommodated our changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The vanity was quality-built and better than expected. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for cabinets, vanities, and doors. I wish they had more of the products that are available at their New Jersey locations as it would be nice to see the available options first.”

“My wife sent me to Lowe’s in search of a snake plant. I had no idea of what I was looking for lol. When I got to the store I was met by Ms Maxine in the Garden Center. She was heaven sent. Such a sweet nice lady. Customer service was 10 stars. She helped me find the plant for our needs. Even told me to buy a saucer so the water wouldn’t leak out the bottom of the plant. Over all great experience this morning. Thank you Ms Maxine keep up the great work.”
“The folks that work here are knowledgeable and super nice. They are geared towards professional plumbers/tradesmen but also very accommodating to the DYIer, which I am. They stock top tier brands. No more hunting around at Home Depot and Lowe’s for plumbing parts for hours, a few minutes in this store and you’ll be on your way!”
“Eric treats you like family every time you come in! Products are the cheapest you’ll find in the Baltimore metro area, they are awesome products that get the job done the first time. I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I won’t stand by anybody else. The atmosphere in the store is always good and welcoming if you have any questions the staff will thoroughly breakdown and help you get your answer.I had a grout job first time cleaning grout Eric helped me top to bottom get the right products and the right process to bring home my first successful tile & grout cleaning. Next door they have a showroom when day have a great inventoryScrews to expensive piece of equipmentThis is the place where I go when i need safety PPE Tools and anything in-between the customer service is above 5 stars and this goes from Amee from tool repairs to all the guys at the sale desk. All of them are Great.I Only wish they work after 4:30 pm and Saturdays at least half of day sometimes its difficult for us the construction workers to get there before 4:30pmThank you guys!!”

“I went this morning to grab some mulch and staff was extremely helpful. I realized at checkout that my phone was missing. It had been in my cart. Miss Brenda immediately began searching the gardening section where I had been shopping and calling my phone so we could find it. She even reached out to another customer who had been buying mulch at the same time as me and provided me with his contracting business card to see if it accidentally ended up in their cart.
She walked with me to my car to search the parking lot. Eventually Miss Linda found it and let us know. I just really appreciated the genuine kindness and consideration for a customer by both ladies.

“Nana, Marshall & Ebony were FANTASTIC! I came in for a return & ended up in appliances because they were having the most amazing sale & I just so happened to purchase my first home & am replacing all the appliances! Nana was tied up because it was busy with the sale going on but Marshall jumped in & walked me through some things & ultimately helped me make some decisions which as a first time home buyer/appliance shopper that meant the world to me! Ebony finished out my return & she was just an absolute pleasure! I can’t wait to return for my next purchase which I gather will be soon as I keep finding things in the home I’m excited to change & im looking forward to purchasing a new washer/dryer for Memorial Day. My only downside is that my military discount isn’t applicable on appliances. I really don’t think they should dictate where my service matters when it comes to purchasing.”
