“This store is an absolute gem! I grew up going to Weis, but had never been to this location. I went on a Sunday morning expecting a busy rush of the early birds, but it was nice and calm. Lots of options, well stocked, and friendly staff. Linda (i think that is her name!) was super friendly and welcoming when I was shopping. She even mentioned what good sales were going on! I was also pleasantly surprised at the plenty of gluten-free options they offer, as well as foods free of common allergens like nut and soy. Pricing is always perfect, and great deals when you use your Rewards card. Definitely will have to return again when I am back in the area.”

“Clean - aisles are clear - usually always well stocked- easy checkout with cashier or self-service. Interesting I have noticed that the bank of self scanners is harder to use at the main entrance compared to the other bank of self scanners closer to the pharmacy (it could be me ?)”

“I am SO grateful for this pharmacy and the amazing staff here! I had a prescription for a UTI that was originally supposed to be delivered through Amazon, but it wasn’t going to arrive until Tuesday. Since today is Saturday and my classes start on Monday, I was really worried about having to wait that long. Anyone who has experienced a UTI knows how painful and uncomfortable it can be, and there was no way I was going to be able to comfortably attend class while dealing with it. About two hours before the pharmacy closed, I called and explained the situation. The pharmacy tech was able to retrieve my prescription and have it ready for me within an hour! I genuinely cannot express how grateful and relieved I was. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now, and the staff has consistently been amazing. Even though I live in College Park and it’s about a 40-minute drive for me, I still continue to come to this exact pharmacy because of how wonderful and helpful everyone is. I also get my ADHD medication filled here every month, and I’ve always had a great experience. Thank you so much to the staff for going out of their way to help me, especially on such short notice. It truly meant so much to me, and I really appreciate everything you do!”

“This review is long overdue. The pharmacy team at Giant in Elkridge is honestly amazing. They consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers, especially when there are issues with insurance or doctors. Instead of just telling you there’s a problem, they actually take the time to help fix it or find another solution, which makes a huge difference. Dealing with insurance can be incredibly stressful, and they truly help take that burden off your shoulders. What really stands out is how compassionate everyone is. You’re treated like a person, not just another number. That kind of service is rare, and they’ve been consistently great year after year. I’ve moved away from the area, but I still come back here to get my prescriptions filled because finding another pharmacy with this level of service is next to impossible.”

“I have been a patron of Medstar Specialty Pharmacy since 2020. The agents there never let my medications run out, they contact me with reminders and even set up for a special delivery to my home. All of the people there are kind even if at times my health condition might have made me a little cranky.
