What makes me love Giant is that the Deli where you can get your custom meat, cheese, and pepperoni the staff are amazing! They always treat me well and are always polite no matter the circumstance. “I received a friendly greeting immediately upon walking in the front door and was asked if I needed help finding anything. I indicated that I was looking for a peticular brand of crackers and the same employee walked me to the location and pulled some down from the very top shelf with the help of a latter. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes! I will definitely be back tomorrow for all of the ingredients I will need to make my holiday buckeye peanut butter balls! They employe very friendly and helpful people at this store!”

“I love the Costco pharmacy! If you rely on medication, consider switching to Costco's pharmacy instead of other chain pharmacies (even some 24-hour ones). The staff is professional, helpful, and saved me a lot of stress.While they aren't open 24 hours, their service makes it worth it. I once desperately needed a refill and sent my prescription to a 24-hour pharmacy 18 minutes away. Their confusing messages caused a week of frustration, involving multiple trips and wasted hold time with my doctor and insurance.Exhausted, I sent the prescription to Costco (my usual pharmacy). They filled it immediately! Even when they encountered the same "already filled" message (from the other pharmacy), they cleared it up efficiently.Costco also sends renewal reminders and refills prescriptions quickly. The difference compared to the 24-hour chain was remarkable.The pharmacists have even called me directly or found me in the store to help with prescriptions. They often take the initiative to contact insurance and doctors, ensuring smooth refills. Their customer service is truly exceptional.I”

“I have been patronizing this location for many years. They have a super Seafood, Meat and Produce Depts. That is what I use most. They are always fresh and well stocked along with the rest of the store. The Marshalee Drive store is convenient, well maintained and very clean. Their customer service is the best. “I’m a regular here for small household items as well as pharmacy department. I’ve never had an issue at the pharmacy, and the service is ok.I’m here to speak on an associate at the checkout registers. DEVIN, I believe his name is. When I tell you this gentleman is consistent in the level of service he provides, believe me!!!I don’t know if he’s a manager or if he just works the registers, but I am always pleased with the service he provides. He is patient, and knowledgeable. My first encounter with him was with my kids, and what a sweet man he is to the little ones. Often times encounters with frontline employees can be so terrible or just seem forced, but Devin is a natural.We tend to write only when something goes wrong, but I believe in highlighting the good as well.”

I do agree with the reviews saying the waiting area for vaccines is cramped- it would help if there weren’t store displays right next to the chairs. Was a little nervous about coming here with the recent reviews, but I had a positive experience.”
