“Cheyenne & Tijuana!
I want to take a moment to recognize two amazing employees at Harris Teeter in Columbia, Maryland, at the Kings Contrivance Shopping Center — Cheyenne and Tijuana. My family and I had such a wonderful experience shopping here today, and these two young women truly made our visit special.
First, I want to give a huge shout-out to Cheyenne, a sales representative inside the store. I was looking for a strainer because I’m making homemade coffee bean ice cream, and I also needed help finding coffee. Cheyenne took the time to walk around with me, help me find exactly what I needed, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her.
She was patient, kind, genuine, caring, and so easy to communicate with. Her willingness to help went far beyond what I expected. She genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great shopping experience, and that meant so much to me.
And I absolutely have to give another BIG shout-out to Tijuana, the cashier who checked me out! She was truly a breath of fresh air. She had such a sweet personality, was incredibly pleasant, kind, welcoming, and provided amazing customer service. Sometimes a simple interaction at the register can make or break your experience, and Tijuana made ours even better.
Between Cheyenne helping me find everything I needed and Tijuana sending us off with such a warm and pleasant interaction, my entire family left Harris Teeter feeling genuinely appreciated as customers.
I honestly don’t believe I’ve ever experienced this level of wonderful customer service at this location before. These young women deserve to be recognized because they are representing Harris Teeter in such a positive way.
Cheyenne and Tijuana — THANK YOU! ❤ Thank you for being kind, patient, genuine, and simply wonderful people. Please know that your kindness did not go unnoticed.
Harris Teeter, you have two amazing employees here, and I hope management takes the time to recognize them for the outstanding customer service they provided.

“I really like this pharmacy. For 2 years I was required to use CVS which was always painful with the long lines and hardly ever opening the second register. No one knows you and the service is unfriendly. I’m very happy to be back with Wegmans where the staff is always friendly.”

“When I think of Alfa Pharmacy, I hear angels singing. My husband has many complex medical conditions and dealing with pharmacies has been the bain of my existence for the last 6 years. Between the anonymous feeling you get from a major chain to incompetence in small independent pharmacies...I've seen it all. Alfa, and the humans that make the place wonderful, has been a beacon. I don't go to the pharmacy 2 to 3 times a week anymore, I don't have keep track of what's due, what needs a PA, what new med may have interactions with other meds. Alfa does everything and it's delivered once a month. Easy-peasy. The shift in mental load has been amazing. I'd like to shout out our specialist, Tabitha for being our personal angel.”

“Excellent. Patrick, Beverly and Eric are an awesome team. (Sorry if I forget anyone else.) They are amazing. They are friendly and efficient, they go out of the way to make contact with your Dr. when your refills are out. I go to this pharmacy because of them, not just because it is convenient. Even thoughout the pandemic they made sure there was adequate coverage of staff.They have some very irate and rude customers, but nevertheless they look past the customers attitude, to try and accommodate their needs. Even though getting any pre-authorization for meds has been a real pain, (because alot of insurance places, even Medicaid y. don't have their usual staff, this slows things down tremendouslBut they do whatever they can to work round that. When my child was sick they worked quickly to fill her Rx for an antibiotic. Thankyou guys,,,. As Tupac wisely said "You are appreciated"?”
“As much as you can expect from a neighborhood pharmacy. Staff is friendly, helpful, courteous. Went to CVS because it was part of Caremark, insurance reasons and promptly ran back to Walgreens!”
“There is a new pharmacist who started working there recently, she is 10/10 helpful, she goes above and beyond for all patients, she’s helped me a few times and went as far as calling university of Maryland after my moms heart surgery to get updated meds.”
“I have been using the Giant Pharmacy on Freetown Road for 15 years now. Overall, I have found them to very good. Yes, there have been a few pharmacists that have been difficult to deal with or counter staff that needed more time/training but that has been the exception rather than the rule. One particular thing I like about the pharmacy is the ability to get vaccinations in a closed room next to the counter rather than in faux screened off area offered by other pharmacies (e.g., CVS).”
“I have avoided this pharmacy for literal years after a long string of bad experiences. I would send my mother instead of going myself to avoid the entire thing. BUT TODAY I had to go in for an important RX myself and Robin M was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a friendly smile, and I saw the grace with which she treated the customer before me. She was so kind, efficient, and her genuine customer service was like sunshine. She made me smile on a hard day. Thank you Robin M you have changed my mind, I am grateful they found you.”

“I have never had any issues with Option Care while getting my infusions. All the nurses are friendly and courteous. The nurses know what they are doing. I love when my infusion is done by nurse Regina. She is a wonderful and very kind person.
It is also nice that the office is close to my home.
I recommend Option Care for your infusion needs.”
“I am complaining about Walgreens on 9616 Harford Rd MD I been going there for 3~4 years to get my medication's now they tell me it's filled but when I get there there's one male pharmacist that denied and lied and canceled my scripts because I don't live within 15 miles of them. Witch is not true. Another lie and this marks the 2nd time but other pharmacist that work there fill it for me . This pharmacist needs to be fired. Or looked into further. Cause isn't it against the law to cancel my scripts after they were filled . This medication I can't go without because I'll go through withdrawal . Something needs to be done.”

“The staff behind the counter at the front are always quick to help me out when I have an issue at the self check out kiosk. They are kind and efficient. I have received my annual flu and covid vaccinations at this CVS and have received courteous and efficient service each time. I have also picked up prescriptions from both walk up and drive thru. This particular CVS appears to be very busy in this department. Most of the time their is a line and a short wait. When I do receive the prescriptions, the staff has always been polite. People are human and not perfect. I believe in showing Grace and patience in my old age.”
“I visited the Walgreens pharmacy to pick up my prescription. They had sent me a courtesy reminder via Text and a robot call. The young man at the pharmacy (sorry I didn't get his name) was very kind and friendly.
When I left the pharmacist, I continued shopping for other items. Upon checking out, I experienced the same level of kindness and professionalism with Mr. Al. He mentioned that I had accumulated dollars and asked if I wanted to use them. It was a great experience! Thank you to the awesome staff at Walgreens!”
