Sherwood Crossing is a very nice, clean apartment building in a safe place to live. The property itself is impressive. The staff are really nice, polite, gentle, and helpful. The maintenance team is one of the best, addressing issues like leaks and appliance replacements immediately. Multiple reviews highlight an amazing and patient staff member who provides excellent customer service, helping with emotional moving processes, showcasing multiple apartments, answering all questions, and giving quotes even at the tail end of the day. Residents express great gratitude for the warm and friendly assistance.
My heater went out and then the power in my unit. Service tech Armando showed up quickly and resolved both problems. It was 130 in the am and 40 degrees outside. So glad he responded.
