“With me being with this complex for upcoming of 4 years, the customer service that Kamari has shown has never changed. Kamari is the reason for my 5 stars; although I have had great encounters with Shawn & now Roy. Anytime I needed something, Kamari has seen every process through and delivered as he said he would. On my recent experience of having standing water in my washing machine that wouldnt turn on, I have gotten the short end of the stick. After emailing Kamari and expressing how I was receiving the run around to resolve my maintenance concern, he was able to get the maintenance team to attend to my unit after not having a washing machine for over a week. All praises to him, I personally will always look for him every time I stop by or work with him directly.”
“Erik Noguera was so kind!!! He was so considerate of his knocking and entering and I’m truly so appreciative. My house isn’t as tidy as I typically like it but Erik and his team were SO fast! They checked and asked about my appliances any seriously had the kindness attitude about it. In the past people have come and have been abrasive in their questions and extremely aggressive in their knocking and yelling so this was such a breath of fresh air. I hope it’s Erik and his team coming back every time from here on out c:”

“We toured a few of the new apartment communities in the Merriweather District, and The Vine in Maple Lawn just felt different from the start. Jacqueline was a huge part of that. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, knew the property inside and out, and genuinely helped us feel confident we were making the right decision. The experience really stood out compared to the other communities we toured.
And it only got better once we moved in! Cynthia at the concierge desk is one of the most genuinely kind people and always makes you feel welcome. The leasing team has been great, the building operations team are incredibly helpful and responsive and the building is immaculately clean. It’s a really great team of people, and that makes a huge difference.
The property itself is beautiful. The landscaping, outdoor fireplaces, grills and huge pool make the outdoor spaces feel like a retreat. The common areas honestly feel more like a cool hotel than an apartment building. All of the residents we have met are friendly and there is a great mix of everyone.
We also love how secure everything feels, including the parking garage, and being able to park on our residential floor is such a great convenience. The six-month lease option was also a huge plus and gave us exactly the flexibility we needed.
We’re so happy we chose The Vine and have been genuinely impressed with the entire experience!”

My biggest concern is always when I move to a new place is usually. Do they have either rodents or roaches. Which is a huge red flag for me. Meanwhile, Briarwood Place seems to have everything under control. 😇”
“Serenity at Dorsey ridge is a lovely place to live. The attention to detail from the workers and the leasing office people are so sweet. No issue with the apartment. They communicate very well. Also the concierge, Joey is amazing. Because he remembers you. I don’t even have to wait to get my package cause he remember my apartment number and my name. He is so lovely to interact with. He should get a raise cause he has the mailroom on lock!”

“The Community center, a place where people get together to talk, chat, swim, and workout. Most community centers don't have as many amenities as this one. Our community center at Piney Orchard has a nice well kept gym with various workouts available with their equipment. Even though it's not the biggest gym it has the essentials that any gym should have.
Their pool is nice and popular. It has a good amount of space for a lot of people to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. ( There is also an indoor pool in the community center with a hot tub inside to chill and decompress)
Their lounge is very nice, it has a lot of couches and chairs for you to comfortably relax and chill on. ( Side note, outside the gym doors there is a soda machine and a vending machine for snacks)
Even though it's not inside the community center building itself. I had to say how beautiful their lake is, they have a lot of flowers and plants next to the river and next to the path around the lake.
Overall: 8.9/10

“The office is kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance crew is really helpful, friendly and they work quick. The office is also quick to react to concerns and really listens to their residents. Overall, a really great place to live.”
“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”

“Amazing move in experience at this apartment. For those who want to move, apartments are affordable, well kept, bug free, and exactly as pictured.
I highly recommend Elena in the office. She has been phenomenal in explaining the process, what extra amenities you have (there’s quite a bit that comes with living in Piney orchard in addition to Riverscape amenities), and helpful in choosing an apt as well.
The women in the office are amazing and I’ve had wonderful interactions with each of them.”

She was fashionably and professionally dressed as she gave me a guided tour and patiently answered all my questions about the apartment unit. “Bobbi is genuinely the sweetest person! I rented a unit from January to October and had an amazing experience. Right from the start, she only asked for a low initial deposit, and I was able to pay the remaining balance once I arrived at the apartment. This policy was incredibly reassuring and completely took away the fear of being scammed.
The apartment's location is perfect, it's very clear and incredibly close to JHU. On top of that, daily life here is super convenient: the trash management is great, package delivery is hassle-free, and it is very close to grocery stores.
The unit itself is in great condition. I remember asking for an additional AC unit during the summer, and she had it installed on the exact same day! Price-wise, it is very reasonable and fair for the Homewood area.
