“AMAZING!!! I initially wanted to shop online and pickup but I decided to call before going in I went in for last minute vacation clothes for my son. John Cash waited for me to arrive and had already had what we discussed over the phone on the counter and even had options for me to choose from , & offered for me to call him if I had any issues. His customer service is amazing and the clothing quality is excellent! I had a small discrepancy with one of the shirts being too small and he communicated with me the entire time offering me an exchange! I will continue spending my money with CASHLAND! “This is a pretty good Bass pro. The store is clean and organized, the product selection is good and the Theming, Taxidermy and aquarium are on point. Also the folks working there are super helpful. I found these really funny hyper-realistic Bass slides that I instantly fell in love with because they’re simultaneously adorable and deeply Cursed, but I was struggling to find them in large, for I am ostensibly a Sasquatch. I asked someone working there if they had them in my size, and while they personally didn’t know they directed me to someone in the shoe department who actually looked in the back and came back with a pair of fish-flops, still wrapped in the shipping bag that were exactly the right size.
The staff here really went above and beyond to help me find these beautifully ugly things and actually checked the back, when they just as easily could’ve said “everything we have is out on the shelves”, like I have heard at so many other stores. I cannot recommend this store enough. Y’all are actually worth coming to this Tragically mostly De-themed mall for.”
“Good Company. I bought a Schutt F7 helmet with an EGOP III Facemask. The order didn't take long at all but the facemask was missing from the order. I called them and they immediately sent another on the spot with no questions asked. I can appreciate a company who owns a mistake and immediately makes it right with the customer.”

Plenty of fishing gear and outdoor stuff to choose from. The staff was friendly, but it did take a little while to get someone’s attention. Overall, it was a good visit, and I’ll be back when I need more gear.”

“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! The store is nice and clean, you can find everything without a problem. Love it!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

It was about an hour before closing and was hoping to get all of the hats customized if I could that day. The Regional Manager Courtney Eldridge went above and beyond and made sure I got taken care of. Awesome! Thank you!”
“Went in Lids looking for a hat for a specific outfit I’m wearing to a concert when this wonderful Gentleman associate named Marvin helped me out not only did he suggest something different he even picked out different options for me to choose from plus suggested that I have named embroidered on the side of the hat which turned out to be super dope, I also went for the hat he suggested and was out of there in no time! Got home tried on the hat with the “fit” and what a perfect match, Marvin is a dope a** employee lol thanks again!”
“On 1/30/2024 I went to Howard Uniforms and before I was 2 steps in, one of the employees (Ceira) was on point. She asked what I needed and noticed that I had uniform pants in my hands. She told me the Section, Maker and pants type with one glance. When I went to that section and found exactly what she called out. She even came from behind the desk and made sure I got the right pants. I tried them on and needed alterations. She immediately asks for my exact measurements and took both pants to the back. They were done in 10-15 minutes. Another Employee (Jazzmin) Asked if I needed anything else and maintained a nice conversation while I waited. The Energy from both employees was pleasurable. They met my Energy level 100%. I even purchased 2 more Items. By the time I left, I gave (Ceira) a Nickname. Eagle-Eyes! I had a very pleasant visit at Howard Uniforms.
