“The store manger I believe he was Spencer he was amazing ! And very helpful he went above and beyond ! I litteraly broke down outside the store with my van . Spencer. and I’m not sure if he was the district manger bald with glass really went out their way to get me back on the road ! I appreciate them a lot! My van has been running good ever since ! I’m glad I broke down there vs breaking down anywhere else ! Spencer even allowed me to changed my phone while I was broke down and only having a 3% and basically stranded that was really nice ! Everything about my experience at that store was amazing ! All the employees seem very helpful on that shift that day ! Spencer was determined to get me back on the road ! And he made sure he did ! “I can say I hadn’t planned to purchase a vehicle but ours was hit head on and totaled so I didn’t have a choice. It is so hard to find vehicles right now which is super frustrating but I really feel bad for the dealerships. I can’t imagine trying to function as normal as possible and struggle to have things to sell. I was very happy with Williams from beginning to end. Our salesman Randy went the extra mile to find me what I was looking for and I really appreciate it. I know it wasn’t easy. The whole sales process was quick and easy and when we moved on to the actual purchase end Will was great. He was thorough and made sure we had everything we needed.
