Sam front end employee was also great with me and the other customers, she is knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you whn u dnt really need something but giving great suggestions and advice on what Jiffy Lube services provide.”

“On 01/10/2025 I went to the Walmart in Elkton Md. I needed new windshield wipers, I waited way too long to replace the ones I had. I know nothing about my car but how to get gas and how to drive it. Anyway, I went to the auto section thinking I knew what the heck I was doing. Out of nowhere, a young man with tattoos came up and asked. You need some help? I am so mad I didn't get his name because he was so helpful. He reminded me that I could finish shopping for my groceries and, when I was finished, pull around to the side to get help. I did just that and bumped into William(Bill). He was so helpful in helping me pick out the correct windshield wipers. He even went out in the pouring rain and put them on for me. These guys were so helpful. It's super hard to get good customer service nowadays. Guys, if you to see this? Thank you so much.”

But the in office, people are the best and the most polite people i've ever met and if it was up to me, I would give a big raise, because they handle everything.
