“Today’s service was awesome. Haven’t been to this location in a while so it was refreshing to have decent customer service interactions.Riley listened to my concerns and was able to help me understand. Sam front end employee was also great with me and the other customers, she is knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you whn u dnt really need something but giving great suggestions and advice on what Jiffy Lube services provide.”
“Matthew & Chris were super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Happy to find a small business locally to help with a quick oil change where I can stay in my car!”
“Everyone was kind (Bill and the older woman) and answered all my questions. The only problem was scheduling online. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, for which I have a paid lifetime account. I could only schedule the oil change. Online appointments only allowed for the one service (oil change). My recourse was to tell them when I dropped my vehicle off which I am sure becomes a time management issue for the employees that work there.”

“I very highly strong. Recommend Browns for all mechanical work on any vehicle. Diesel or gas, the customer service that you get is exceptional. The work that you get is awesome. But the in office, people are the best and the most polite people i've ever met and if it was up to me, I would give a big raise, because they handle everything. Very, well, pressure, very well, answer questions. Very well, and quick to get you in and out. So you can go about your day,”
