“On 01/10/2025 I went to the Walmart in Elkton Md. I needed new windshield wipers, I waited way too long to replace the ones I had. I know nothing about my car but how to get gas and how to drive it. Anyway, I went to the auto section thinking I knew what the heck I was doing. Out of nowhere, a young man with tattoos came up and asked. You need some help? I am so mad I didn't get his name because he was so helpful. He reminded me that I could finish shopping for my groceries and, when I was finished, pull around to the side to get help. I did just that and bumped into William(Bill). He was so helpful in helping me pick out the correct windshield wipers. He even went out in the pouring rain and put them on for me. These guys were so helpful. It's super hard to get good customer service nowadays. Guys, if you to see this? Thank you so much.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I recently brought my 2003 GMC 2500 Sierra into Brown's to have the injectors looked at. They were extremely honest and reasonably priced. They ended up replacing all injectors as well as performed some other work, all for a great price, and done within a very timely fashion.
I travel for work, making it difficult to drop my truck off to them, so for a very very small fee they were able to pick my truck up and drop it back off when finished. Communication was extremely easy and pleasant.
Needless to say I won't be taking my truck anywhere else to get worked on, and look forward to going back.”
