“Took my car in for an oil change, and it ended up needing a lot more than a simple oil change. My car shut down after the oil change and they ran the codes, found the fix, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. They were very professional and answered my many questions with no problem. They provided clear communication the whole time - and they offer simple financing options for these times where you’re not planning for an expensive fix! I will taking my car here moving forward for sure!!”

“Before i start this i just want to mention that I've f ggʻbeen involved in the automotive and towing industry for over 18 years and for me to leave a positive review about an automotive business it has to be well earned, at any rate here it goes.....I was on the road trip from hell on my way back to Massachusetts from Florida with food poisoning as well as my passenger when I blew a tire so I put the spare on and went on my way then disaster struck, and a 2nd tire blew due to an object in the roadway. So there i was on the side of 95N over 400 miles from home with 2 flat tires food poisoning and a passenger with the same and my 14yr old nephew feeling like I'd never get home. So after being towed off 95N to Premier Tire and auto the guys worked as fast as they could to get me back on the road, even going above and beyond and sourcing my tires from another tire shop in town. These guys went above and beyond for me a total stranger, and it was an experience I'll never forget.”

Not only were they able to fit us in on a busy day but they were able to fix our issue in a half hour. They went above and beyond to explain the issue to us. “Although after a rough start, I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Hertrich Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Elkton, and specifically Nancy, the Service Manager who took care of my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
After dealing with misdiagnoses elsewhere regarding an A/C issue, the team at Hertrich accurately pinpointed the actual root cause—a defective A/C compressor. Not only did they correctly diagnose the vehicle right away, but Nancy went above and beyond by advocating directly with Jeep corporate on my behalf to secure goodwill coverage for the repair.
Thanks to her effort, communication, and genuine care for the customer, what could have been a massive financial headache was handled smoothly, professionally, and at a fraction of the cost. The A/C is blowing ice-cold, and the vehicle was returned in top shape.
