Car Wash in Ellicott City, MD

“I had a membership with Canton Carwash and canceled because of the Auto Spa they’re building in Ellicott City, which is significantly closer to me. However until that facility officially opens, I decided to join a membership with Splash-In since they’re running a $20/month promo.

What I did not expect was the level of professionalism and service I received. Every single person I interacted with had top tier customer service and adding Tire Shine to cars by hand is such a nice/personal touch vs the automated tire shine that you can barely see at other washes.

Not only that but a few days later I returned and the manager greeted me by name. I was blown away that he even remembered my name and recognized me given how many people he probably interacts with on a daily basis.

Impressed is an understatement. I originally was going to stay temporarily until Auto Spa opened but I changed my mind. This will be my goto wash until further notice.”

“Unlike other automated car washes, this location had two friendly staff members who manually washed my car before I entered the automated wash. After the automated wash, another employee manually dried my car. I will definitely come back next time.”

“I usually come here to fill up my fuel tank after a hard day at work and it just makes my day so much better. I usually go in and get a healthy snack although many people probably get a slushy here at 7-Eleven or something unhealthy but I am the person that gets the healthy things and after I come back out after getting my healthy things from the little convenience store inside my fuel tank is usually filled up”

“How does one rate gasoline? Car runs fine and I purchase it here regularly.

The facility is clean, efficient, and has various options, including car wash convenience store and more. The BP Earnify app gets you discounts and more.

Bottom line? I keep coming back!”

“Pretty tough to rate gas stations in my opinion, if you got gas, you're winning in my book. But hey, this place has a plethora of snacks, and it's always hard to find Muscle Milk and Core Milk right next to each other so I can compare them(I need the protein during the work day since I don't eat a lunch). Whether you need energy, protein, soda, sweet or high quality H20, they are stocked to supply the demand. And I certainly appreciate the standalone lottery machine they have. I was able to dash in(see what I did there?) and gamble next weeks snack money away on the pick 3/4. The restroom was pretty clean for a gas station, that doesn't go unnoticed when number 2 comes a calling while you're out in the road. As long as I'm working in the area, I'll always stop here for gas, a quick snack or to quench my thirst.”
