“I appreciated the assistance I received in mailing my package at this Parcel Plus store in Dorsey's Search. I've been a customer here for years but had not been in for quite awhile, and it appears to be under new ownership/management. It's great to know that the quality of service here is unchanged!”
“Amazon returns ? are now directly at the entrance to the left. Not at printing. You will need to wait in a line while the cashier helps the staples customers first. The staples employees aren’t allowed to take an Amazon customer if there are staples customers in line, and there’s only one cashier. Prepare to wait if there’s a line. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait, it’s just weird that there are multiple employees working at once untasked and only one cashier for both cashier and Amazon returns.”
