“Robyn and I just wrapped on the sale of two single family houses in Silver Spring, MD. My personal residence, and an investment rental property I owned.

I first contacted Robyn in the Spring of 2024. She was assigned to me by compass, seemingly at random, though I must say, I could not be happier. From our initial meeting and a long conversation about my long term plans for the two properties, I felt that Robyn was the professional, kind, and capable realtor I was looking for. About a year later, when I was finally prepared to start making our plans to move cross-country, Robyn was ready to jump in and get started, even after the long break which I needed to get things in order.

With Robyn's help, advice, and extremely capable team of tradesmen, we were able to get both houses to market relatively quickly. Every step of the way, Robyn made herself available, and never made me feel like my many questions and small detail oriented particularities were unwelcome or burdensome.

We had a lot of work to do in a very short period of time, but with Robyn's help, we were able to get the houses in marketable condition quickly. It was particularly challenging on my rental property, as it had a lot more that need to get done before getting it to market.

The sales were not easy, as the market did slow down as we were trying to sell. Still, Robyn was deeply involved and highly motivated, and worked hard to make sure both houses sold, and everyone walked away happy.

Robyn's style is very polite and friendly, but that does not mean she doesn't have teeth. When push came to shove, Robyn showed her ability to fight back in a tough negotiation. There was one moment in particular that stands out to me, when the other party threatened to walk away over a minor issue that may have been just the other agent trying to squeeze a little more money out of us. Robyn called the bluff, stood firm, and we ended up with the exact result we wanted. She did not ask me to compromise what I wanted out of the sales, or to give up more than I was comfortable with, but at the same time offered realistic and pragmatic advice about the market, and what she thought were the best strategies to move the houses.

I would recommend Robyn to anyone that was looking to sell their property in the DMV area, and if we hadn't moved cross-country, I would have been very happy to have her help us find a home as well. If you choose Robyn as your real estate agent, I am certain you will not be disappointed.”
