“The Catonsville Post Office is my local post office so I have used it frequently. This post office gets very busy and there is usually a long line to wait for counter service. They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.”
“I want to give Sarah kudos. When we had a lot of snow a few weeks back, Sarah found a package in the snow by our community’s gate in Gettysburg. . It was not delivered by the usual delivery services. I really appreciate her concern and kindness by putting on my porch with a note. Couldn’t talk to anyone at the post office on phone as PUSH did not let me talk to anyone.”
“I’ve had problems with my mail for 11 years. I have gone into the P.O. countless times, and the issues were NEVER addressed. It seams that Fairfield has a new Post Master, and she is awesome! FINALLY someone took the time to make calls and get my 11 years struggles worked out. THANK GOD FAIRFIELD FINALLY HAS A GOOD POST MASTER! If you’re having any mail issues, I suggest that you go in and speak directly with her. She actually does something about issues and doesn’t use the “understaffed” excuse that I’ve gotten for 11 years. I’m no longer going to have to search for my mail, while I’m delivering other people’s that is put into my box.”
“Ship here frequently and receive nothing but fast and courteous service. USPS is always less than the other services. Support the only true nationwide mail/package service.”
